If the footer is on in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/K50B42eR and it still does not show up, then it could be a plugin that affects the footer.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

There are 3 places an instagram element can come from.
The first is the footer instagram which ca be changed from the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/iAb9YTh0X
The second place is on the page itself using an instagram widget element. If your instagram is not on the footer instagram widget, then please edit your page in visual composer and change the instagram ID on the instagram element

If you move to ssl, then you have to recreate the visual composer elements that still grab the link over http. delete the widget and re-create it after you set up the ssl implementation.

This happens if you use the mobile theme though. The mobile theme will; not render all shortcodes as it does not use visual composer. Unfortunately for this you will have to use the standard responsive version of the theme so it can render shortcodes on mobile devices.

I would suggest to deactivate all the plugins except Visual composer, clear cache and purge cnd files to see if the problem is still there. It could be a compatibility issue since it is an old version of the theme with some of your plugins so it would be recommended to update your theme to the latest version, because the theme has improved much over time. Every time, you have to use only the bundled version of Visual Composer because this is tested with the theme and should work as properly. If you are using another version of VC, notice that it could not work properly with the theme. Notice that the pages have to be editable with this version of Visual Composer. Try to make a new FTP install for your Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results.

I have checked on my side, and the Infinite load for Blocks seems to work as expected, without any problems. I have checked your console and I notice that you have some js errors which can come from your untested plugins. I checked your source page and I saw that you do not disable all of them. Please try to revert the theme to the default state, without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install via FTP way, clear all your caches and check the results.

If you mean the post social sharing, that was created for posts and it could not work properly on pages even if you find a way to implement it by modifying the theme files. There is no need to activate Visual composer because it is pre-activated from the start, just ignore the activation messages – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Updates for all the theme’s plugins including Visual composer are provided along with the theme update. When a new version is available, just download the full theme package from themeforest – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ then deactivate and delete the Visual composer plugin from theme panel and install the new one from the package. The theme has a responsive design so it adapts to different device sizes. If the mobile theme is not activated then the same content of the desktop will be displayed on mobile. When you activate the mobile theme it will display a predefined layout on the homepage, with a top grid and latest articles and you can add content through the mobile editor. Some of the footer templates come with predefined content and others are blank templates, more information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ If you want to have just your own content in the footer, select an empty template – https://www.screencast.com/t/Bn9NUU1sh and add your content in the widgets section.
To remove the post author name on blocks and modules go to Theme panel->Block settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/jlRInAea and disable it there. You could use the calendar widget available as a widget – https://www.screencast.com/t/HZreerRjG or in Visual composer – https://www.screencast.com/t/zTlqB9JYO but if you need a complex calendar with more options and possibilities, you must search for a plugin that can offer them as I can not make any recommendations because no such plugins are tested with the theme. Just try a few of them and select the one that you like.
