Previously, there was no problem with the display until the recent updates. It works only if I deactivate WPBakery Visual Composer. But I lost the use of visual composer.

When copy-pasting anything into Visual composer; try not to copy/paste from a web browser page or MS Word or similar.

Save to a plain text file then copy/paste into visual composer from that.

Stupid I know, but I do this to ensure no “formatting” embedded in other application gets included by browser when pasting into the widgets.

Might not help, but it was one way I got around that kind of weirdness; assuming you were not hacked or something, of course.

Hi I would li like to try this, but this plugin “Visual Composer” is embed in your theme, is not on wp-content/plugins/ folder, so how can I test this?

we want to go for easy way as you said “You can either chose a footer style without content and add your own”, but who to do this? did you mean go to visual composer and add those blocks on our own?

Check the browser console while saving the settings to see if there are some errors. If you have some html/js raw on the page make sure that the code inside them it’s correct otherwise could create issues with Visual Composer and make that you’re using plugin’s version from Newsmag-tf > Plugins patch that you downloaded from themeforest. Also you can try to edit another page and see if the problem appears in that case too, clear all caches, deactivate the plugins except Visual Composer purge the cdn files and test again.

@Jill try to clear the cache, browser cache also, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again. If the problem persist try update the theme again and make sure you follow our update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/

Please make sure you installed the child theme from the package downloaded from themeforest (Newspaper-tf > code > Newspaper-child) Here you can check our documentation regarding the child theme integration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/child-theme-support/ Make sure that the child theme it’s the active theme in Appearance > Themes. Also try to clear all caches deactivate the plugins except Visual Composer and test again.

With Visual composer, you can different block to page and set what can visible to desktop/tablet/mobile.

With the help of Visual composer you can do that, take a look at my website.

The problem is when i choose to have an unique article enabled the Mobile version doesn’t pull new content.

Please make sure you added a correct image source, also the html code it’s added properly like in this example:

Also try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear all caches and test again.
