Hi,
To set the menu on the element, you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, select the menu and set your menu -> https://i.imgur.com/13785vs.png -> https://i.imgur.com/JVbDCJQ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/NElnuoQ.png
You can add elements with tagDiv Composer in each viewport.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please set the wp-memory and the requirements like our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also, make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth; the one from our server is 1GB/s, and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J
Also, you can check the console if you receive a message error.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please deactivate the tagDiv mobile theme plugin.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can remove the Single Post Author editing with tagDiv Composer and with a right-click you can delete => https://i.imgur.com/GNzcGmJ.jpg , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://i.imgur.com/vkQVCjn.jpg this change will be applied to all posts that use that template and you can delete any element like this.
Thank you!

Hi there
Sorry for the delay.
We have conducted further investigation and wanted to share some additional insights with you:
Specifically, during the rendering process of the images, there appears to be a lack of reserved space for the images within the Flex Block. As a result, the post is generated before the image finishes rendering, and this leads to the default thumbnail image not being displayed because of the missing fixed image-container size
We have tried adjusting various settings within the TagDiv Composer and explored the theme’s options, but we have not found a solution to mitigate this problem. Image width and hight can only be set in percentage.
Let me know if you still need Admin access to investigate this.
We believe that it is more a general issue with the time between importing posts, generating thumbnails and offloading images to a CDN and the missing reserved fixed width and height space for the images.
Perhaps there is even a CSS code we might be able to add, however we do not know the newspaper specific thumb name of the entry thumb in a Flex Block.
Here is what we experimented with
.entry-thumb { height: 300px;
/* adjust as needed */
width: 100%;
background-size: cover;
background-position: center; }
I look forward to hearing back from you
Regards
Sven
Hi,
I have a problem with a site I have made for a client: https://antiaging.si/
The site is very different on desktop and on mobile.
Footer:
– On desktop and mobile I see different footers (diferrent social icons, different links…) I have checked the preview on Tag Div composer /Manager/Footer/General- desktop viewport (and phone viewport)
I cant find where to edit phone view?
Page: on my mobile I see only Big Grid Flex 5 and Latest posts which is very different from Phone view on
Tag Div composer /Manager/Footer/General- phone viewport …
Thanks for help
Thanks.
Yes, I had checked them before writing just in case, because I hadn’t changed anything of the site in weeks:
– tagDiv Composer is ACTIVE
– tagDiv Cloud Library is Active
The rest are DEACTIVATED
Thanks, but I’m still struggling with this.
If I select the Template “Page builder + latest articles + …” then whilst I don’t get the Page Title displaying, I am saddled with displaying the Latest Articles under my content.
So for instance: https://homes.scot/test4/ (which to be clear is setup currently to use the Default template)
I can see no way to edit the Page Title in TagDiv Composer.
Am I missing something?

Hi Bettina, This is the TD Composer view of the Cart page: https://prnt.sc/OOCvDbXnCd_y
This is what we’re seeing on mobile: https://prnt.sc/uzYFZsHlixB7
(The black bar at the bottom is the beginning of the footer, which we removed)
Hi,
For pages, you can use the tagDiv Composer to edit them, but there are also a few templates that can be used – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-page-templates/ use one of those templates – https://i.imgur.com/lwFWG2r.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, this can be done.
For pages, you can use the tagDiv Composer and you can create it like you want. For the rest of the website, posts, categories… the sidebar can be set like this:
For posts at the bottom it is a post setting – https://i.imgur.com/CdBu0kc.png from where can be set the individual sidebar, also the global sidebars can be set in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/aaPgAje.png
I hope this will help you!
Hello Brandon!
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Thanks Bettina. I had the latest version of tagdiv composer (4.1) but deleted/reinstalled as per your instructions. The HTTP API Calls issue still remains unfortunately 🙁

Hello,
I have been receiving a HTTP API Calls notice on my website. The attached screenshot below provides the details of “certification verification disabled”. How do I fix this? Can you assist?

Hi, everytime i try to load a footer template in global i get the following warning:
Warning: Undefined array key “height” in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_util.php on line 107 Warning: Undefined array key “width” in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_util.php on line 108
Hello Miro!
If you used the modal pop-up, then edit the homepage and check the ID of that page and you should have it in pages. Search the modal pop-up page in Pages and edit it with the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy !
Edit that page with the TagDiv Composer and replace that element with other elements for images and text, like https://prnt.sc/q0i5BlnMAcc_
You can add more elements, one after another.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you want to use the standard template, please activate the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. Please note this plugin is deprecated.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/

Hi,
In our theme, the administrator and editor can do changes with tagDiv Composer and can save it.
Thank you!
Hello,
We recommend Super cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
We have many users who also use wp rocket -> https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/ -> https://www.andraware.com/wp-rocket-for-newspaper-theme/
If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray
Thank you!

Hello,
You can use the default template and add in the page POSTS LOOP element with tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/
Thank you!
