My client’s site uses the WP Bakery plugin rather that the tagDiv composer. My understanding was that with Newspaper updates, new versions of WP Bakery would be included. But after the most recent update, I checked the WP Bakery version and it is 6.6, released early last year. I also couldn’t locate a copy of the plugin in the plugins folder of a recent Themeforest download.
Please could you clarify whether you have indeed discontinued updating this plugin. If you have, then I could consider getting a licence for WP Bakery, however I am concerned that you may no longer be developing the theme with WP Bakery in mind, but rather focussing on the tagDiv Composer.
I also wanted to read your documentation about moving from WP Bakery to tagDiv but it gives a 404: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/.

2. The only option is to buy the Newspaper theme, there is no system to switch themes ( option for extra payment from newsmag to newspaper template).

I can’t find the option in my tagdivcomposer
Since starting to build with the TagDiv composer, I have found I am unable to:
*drag to delete (there is no pop up like I see in tutorials)
*use the pre-made styles menu (nothing happens when I click on it)
*customize font settings on the page (I choose a new font and it doesn’t take effect)
*access color menus on the page
I have tried different browsers but have the same experience every time.
I think I have explained my case wrong, I don’t need migrate site, work on wordpress, etc …, I try to explain better what I need.
I have site A that works, where I have a ‘newspaper’ license, there is already wordpress, there are thousands of posts and categories, so everything is ok.
On site B I have another license, there is another working wordpress, I have a dozen posts and a few categories. Here I test why it is not indexed.
Now, thanks to your ‘tagdiv composer’ I have made a custom theme on site B, like Calin teach answering in forum.
Now I should take the ‘home’ and ‘page post’ from site B, copy those and install it on site A. Just that. Obviously making sure that existing posts and categories on site A interface with the new “theme”, but that shouldn’t be a problem since your theme allows you to change “demos” without problems. Since Newspaper version 11.2 I have been unable to successfully update my site to any higher version automatically.
After the update has been applied, my page layouts, Logo, sidebar settings and more are lost and I see the composer “shortcodes” instead of the previously existent blocks. Exporting/Importing settings manually does not help.
My site is already running the latest WordPress version 6.0.3.

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.

The last few days I have recieved my “Ithemes Security Pro” report telling me that TagDiv composer 3.5 is unsafe.

@brain4web normally with margin auto left and right should center the element. Now if you have a row and this has only one column then please set the width and margins on the row not column.
@Viju please make sure that you have Newspaper v12.1 and please disable, delete and reinstall the tagDiv Composer from Newspaper > plugins.

For the mobile version do you use a mobile page template? or you use the responsive version? or maybe for some pages you are using the mobile page template and for cloud templates you are using the responsive version?

Please use only the flex blocks (the normal blocks are not rtl) elements in this way you’ll use the theme elements that can be customized. Also, please disable the tagDiv Standard pack plugin, in this way will remain only the elements that can be adjusted and you can use cloud templates, that can also be edited using tagDiv Composer.

What you can do is to connect via FTP or cPanel and rename the tagDiv Composer, after that the website will be accessible. I’m trying to create a new sidebar but I’m having problems. In the Theme Panel, I’ve created a new sidebar under Template Settings. However, if I go to the Widgets page in WordPress the new sidebar isn’t there. Or if I go straight to the website in the tagDiv composer, the new sidebar isn’t there either. Moreover, even after saving my settings, every time I go back to the Template Settings in Theme Panel, my settings never save. The new sidebar is gone every time. What am I doing wrong?
