Hello!
I can see that you use also default templates. I recommend you to use only cloud templates, also for your category page, so you can edit it with the TagDiv Composer and use the shortcodes/elements in order to display what you need.
Thank you!
Hello,
To change the h3 for blocks 1-25, you can do the change in this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php -> https://i.imgur.com/GPNEJpi.png
Thank you!
Hello,
All the changes you need to do with tagDiv Composer, in the Single Post Template.
Also, make sure you have set the content in the content section, not the header -> https://www.screencast.com/t/32BrYI5A
Please check this video about how can create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Thank you!
Hello,
Our theme does not have the option to take the first image from the post and set it as a featured image -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Also, the settings from Theme Panel are used for the Standard Prebuilt website, so if you have a Pro Prebuilt, you need to edit with tagdiv Composer.
You can delete the element Single Featured image with right-click from the Single post template so that in this mode you won’t have a featured image -> https://i.imgur.com/re1XWKO.jpg or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://i.imgur.com/vkQVCjn.jpg the same steps for author and date.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you’re seeing only three options please make this adjustment in the tagDiv Composer plugin -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_first_install.php
=> https://www.screencast.com/t/yO3iU8E5JhH
Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to the original, this will make the social icons appear properly again -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/.
If you don’t have success you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
We will fix the problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) => https://www.screencast.com/t/88pK5QXpC
Please check this topic with the same problem -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-does-not-save-only-content-of-homepage/
Also, please provide the link to your website and some screenshots with your steps.
Thank you!
Hello,
To add the facebook, please check this article https://taggbox.com/blog/embed-facebook-feed-on-wordpress-website/
Also, if you want to create the sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets and set the sidebar on pages, using the element from tagDiv Composer, Widget sidebar https://i.imgur.com/e1FPdYU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/q20UCZf.png
Thank you!
Hi muktipolice,
There was added a quick fix for this, what you need to do is to disable the tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper > plugins.
Let me know if this works for you!
Since I can’t make a new thread, my question is how to add ads to the sidebar of a post? I can’t use the visual composer on my posts pages and I want to put in more sidebar ads like this
I created a Mobile Header Cloud Template and set it as Global, but the default header from the “All about Parenting” demo is still loading on several posts and pages. The correct header loads on one blog post, and the demo head will load on another blog post so I’m not sure why it’s switching between two posts that are both using the same Cloud Template. I have checked all my settings in the Theme Panel and erased all of the “All About Parenting” demo content. I have also deactivated the Mobile Theme plugin in order to show the mobile pages I’ve created. The Global Mobile Header I have set is what shows in TD Composer, but is not what appears when loading the page on an actual mobile device. What might still be generating the text for the demo header? How can I ensure the Global Mobile Header I’ve created is actually Global across the mobile site?
Global Mobile Header that I have set: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wjtaEilAm8_Gz34AHX6b3xZUmlGXzwDw/view?usp=sharing
example (this is the correct header on my mobile device): https://bit.ly/3tbpAX9
Mobile Header that appears on several posts and pages (some blog posts, all event pages, etc): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zoxwyZczM9jZZjAQrY-8Mz4Ph4rAft5e/view?usp=sharing
example (post loads incorrect header on my mobile device): https://bit.ly/3tchrSl
No Lazy Load, no cache, and this is implemented by clicking the Edit on your tagdiv composer on the front end. This is a system wide template for posts. Your software is simply NOT saving nor passing the hyperlink of the image to the browser. It works in WordPress but NOT in tagdiv.
Left images under the Inspectors Title there for you to look at. I really need this fixded as I am losing money on the image clicks.

Hello, changes made with tagDiv Composer are not saved.
Ι have tried to edit some elements on my page match.cy , hit on Save but nothing has changed.
Hello, my hosting company says there is some sort of “autoload” option on “td_011_settings from td-composer plugin” that is eating up big server resources:
<< There is an autoload option td_011_settings from td-composer plugin that could be look at by your developers and pruned if possible for all sites. it is quite large and really should be looked into by the plugin developers. Every time a request hits WordPress it must load all autoload options to memory and that option is by far the largest in both sites. >>
Does anyone know what this is, and is this something I can disable myself somehow, to improve performance?
Hi there,
Hi,
I am using the Newspaper theme at https://emerginggrowth.com/. I have updated it to Version: 11.5 few days ago and after that tagDiv Composer page builder is not working properly. Like, if I am going to edit a widget and clicking on “Edit Content” button then popup is not loading with content.
So, I have updated the Newspaper theme to Version 11.5.1. In this latest version of the update above issue with tagDiv Composer page builder is getting resolved. But at the same time “More Headlines” at my home page is showing broken (See the screenshot here https://emerginggrowth.com/issue.html). As it my home page was broken so, I have restored the backup.
So, can you please suggest me a way to resolve the issue?
Hi, since some time i´m having trouble to edit my single post template using TagDiv Composer. It shows a “Error at rows: 3(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” error.
Only happens with single post template. I don´t have any problem to edit the home, search, author and other templates.
I search the forum looking for answer and tried the recomendations but didn´t work.
Please, i need help to solve this problem ASAP.
My website is https://www.bioeconomia.info/
Thanks!
I hope you’re doing well.
Currently, the Newspaper theme comes with a block Single Post Custom Field (ACF) in tagDiv Composer, which can be used to display AFC fields on single post templates.
My question is – Do you have plans to provide this functionality for Archive or other templates so that we can display ACF or Custom field on Archive template? Also, consider adding additional text filed for the Single Post Custom Field.
Hi,
Everytime we update our websites with the Newspaper Theme we find that the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library plugins are deactivated. This causes us to have to re-activate these 2 plugins every time on all these websites.
Is there any way to ensure that these plugins are no longer deactivated when we update?
Thanks in advance
Hi Bob,
I believe that I understand the problem. The images set with the tagDiv Composer are saved in the database with the old path (when the site was single), so the theme will look for images on old location.
I’m not sure how this can be resolved for all of the images that were set before, perhaps it can be done using a function or something similar. Unfortunately, you’ll require a developer for this. If you’d like, you may file a request here -> https://tagdiv.com/send-a-request/ and one of our developers will work with you to find a solution.
Thank you for your understanding!
Regards,
Hello,
Please make sure you have set the right post id, and if you want to add more posts please separate the ids with commas -> https://i.imgur.com/Yljq3fh.png
Also, make sure you don’t have offset on the block, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. For more information about the offset features, please check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you want to update the theme I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack, tagdiv composer plugin to keep the look of the website.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you have set the footer template to global -> https://i.imgur.com/WaNMqny.png
if you a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/UeBGkaYuundl, go to the footer and select the element you want to edit => https://www.screencast.com/t/3vhZ5v4k or
If you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can edit the footer in Theme Panel -> Footer -> Footer info content => https://www.screencast.com/t/1mUchAid or in sub footer settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/Rrn6KKxt please make sure you have the tagdiv standard pack activate.
Thank you!
Hi.
We’re attempting to move 5 single websites into 1 multisite. We’re also trying to move from one hosting provider (iPage) to another (WPMU). We’re trying to migrate our Newspaper theme licenses from single site to multisite. Major problem that is preventing this is that CSS background images are not being converted properly. We’re using ‘Prime Mover’ plugin to do this.
Screenshots:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7ojimlmpublpc40/Screenshot%202022-05-31%2010.02.40.png?dl=0 (before migration)
Here’s what WPMU hosting indicates:
—–
“For the missing images, they are set with CSS as a background image. You might get the same issue after manual migration. You’ll have to set the images again. This is the limitation of using static URL by the page builders.
The images are migrated, but the way Visual Composer saves the image URL can’t be replaced with a search-replace. I’m sorry, Robert.
https://monkeyfeetmusicokc.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Monkey-Feet-Music-3-1-1024×768.jpg – this is the image url when the site was single site.
The new upload path for this site is /uploads/sites/3
https://monkeyfeetmusicokc.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2020/11/Monkey-Feet-Music-3-1-1024×768.jpg

As we have many background images in the CSS panel, it would be impossible to fix every one manually.
Is there something we can do to fix this? We really enjoy the TagDiv Newspaper theme and wouldn’t like to go with another theme company.
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. We are on a deadline to move hosting this week.
Thanks again!
Bob
Hi, I use the mobile theme of the latest version of newspaper. I made an editorial page, and I formatted it really well with the div composer. The problem is, if I update from mobile, it shows me the version of the mobile theme, which is empty.
Is there a way to disable the mobile theme on specific pages only? Or a way to import the page created with the div composer?
out of every prebuilt demos
the rimont is loading too slow in composer
its becoming very difficult to use the composer with this theme.
I want to improve the SEO of my site, but all titles are defaulted to H3 and H4 in the TagDiv Composer page blocks (H1 is fine on the pages).
How could I change those H3 tags of the modules to H2?
Pd. It only allows me to change it in the FLEX blocks, but for example, in Block 1, 2, 3… it doesn’t let me.
How can I do it? Thank you.
