Hi,
So, if I understand correctly, in bot situations you want to edit the link only to use the Ultimate Member’s user pages. Unfortunately, the mobile menu and menu login elements do not have an option to set a custom link, so I think that a solution will be if you edit the theme files.
For the menu login you can edit the wp-content/plugins/td-subscription/includes/shortcodes/tds_menu_login.php and replace the code from herf=”” -> https://i.imgur.com/rpwDNeY.png
For the rest of login/register are more modals.
This file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php is responsible for the login/register content when the login button is selected.
This file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/login.php is responsible for the login/register using the responsive version for theme for mobile devices.
This file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/login.php is responsible for the login/register using the mobile theme plugin layout.
And this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/register.phpis responsible with the mobile theme plugin to display the content for login/resister
If you want to change the link from the sign in button you need to edit this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/login.php (because you are using the responsive version), what you need to do is to replace the id
What you need to do is to replace the id=”login-link-mob” with href=”your-url” https://i.imgur.com/QiPAxSi.png -> https://i.imgur.com/mlnxJey.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
We are sorry that it took longer until we answered you, but according to the banner we had a few days off -> https://i.imgur.com/2Xry2GH.png
Related to creating woocommerce pages with a different theme.
I don’t think this will work, because you can use only one theme per domain, maybe only if you use a subdomain or other domain, but if the shop is part of the Newspaper site, at best, you can try to create the shop with one to the builder.
We recommend that you do it with our theme using the tagDiv Shop plugin.
Unfortunately we do not have a video tutorial on how to use tagDiv Shop, but, this will allow you to create the shop using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!

Any ideas how could I sort it out? Currently I hided through css but I want to fix it…
Thanks in advance,
I think you’ve misunderstood my question … by the instructions you’ve provided, the newsletter block in tagdiv composer can only be placed before or after the single post content. I would like to place the newsletter block in the middle of the post, akin to how an article in-line ad is placed.
basically I would like to place a newsletter sign up box there instead of the in-line ad.
H,
It will be better to use a child theme, in this way, when you’ll update the theme, the changes will not be lost.
The files that need to be edited are those that are used, if you use post template 1 then you need to edit this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/single/loop-single-1.php -> single_template_1.php and if is the default template, please try this one -> loop-single.php
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
With Newsmag theme, this can be done only on pages, her you can sue tagDiv Composer and you can set the posts in blocks and grids using the ids -> https://prnt.sc/nfkRirPLLCoi -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
I can confirm that removing and reinstalling the plugin fixed the problem.
I checked before and after the update in the plugin panel and the td-composer plugin had same version and same build date (v3.3 built on 11.04.2022 7:46) so something went wrong during the previous update.
Do you know how this can occur?
Hi,
If I activate newspaper theme on this website:https://copenaghen.it/ and then I edit the theme with td composer and save the changes the content of the page disappears.
it only displays: [tdc_zone type=”tdc_content”][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][/tdc_zone]
thanks
Hi,
If I’m right, that it is a category page. In order to display only posts from that category, you need to use a specific filter, the current category filter, edit the cloud category template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/q3Ke1bp.png -> https://i.imgur.com/dYQ4iDu.png also it can be use the posts loop element.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check with the TagDiv Composer in your mobile viewport, the mobile menu zone to be set as default and not overlay: https://prnt.sc/7smjI6Dje2fo
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi rboati,
As I know this problem should be already resolved, all you need to do it is to delete the current tagDiv Composer plugin and reinstall it from Newspaper > plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/ttGlDNn.png
Let me know the results!
Hello hope all is well.
I have set up this theme for a client, and now it has been awhile since checking it again. and it seems like something is wrong with, I’ve updated all plugins except wpbakery, I think thats the issue. But in general everything takes time to upload and if I want to create a new page with tag composer it doesn’t work.
So please if you can just check what is up with theme, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you
Nour.
Hi,
You can create 2 sidebars using tagDiv Composer, select a row and chose a layout with 3 columns -> https://i.imgur.com/Zxw0Off.png -> https://i.imgur.com/otaguSK.jpg then just drag and drop the elements.
To create more sidebars that can be filled using widgets you can use this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
I hope this will help you!
Hello!
The tagdiv Composer is the main plugin for this theme and it has a lot of customizations. For example, if you have a lot of elements on a page, then it could load a little bit slower. Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that the page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Also, check this useful guide: https://www.xtechkr.com/optimize-newspaper-theme/
Other useful tips here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/%e2%9a%a0-very-slow-image-load-help-needed/
Hope that helps you!

Hello!
If a code is displaying in your frontend, then this means some plugins are deactivated.
Make sure you have the TagDiv Composer, tagdiv Cloud Library, Opt-in builder installed and activated.
Thank you!
Hi Hindistack,
Indeed, the post itself cannot be created with tagDiv Composer, but its layout can be created / edited, for this you can use a single post template from the cloud. In this example -> https://imgur.com/ZyYBcfV, the progress bar it is set in a single post template.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, didn’t tested the “SeedProd” plugin with our theme, therefore we can not say what can be the problem. Maybe the problem it is with a theme plugin.
But if I’m right the SeedProd it is a builder, like our tagDiv Composer, the theme builder -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
It depends on what you mean by a fully compatible cache plugin. If you are referring to the settings that need to be used to work correctly with the theme, then both of the above plugins can be used, for WP Super cache we have a guide, and for WP Rocket we can give you a guide that works.
Now the problem is that depending on how each website is created, what elements it contains and what resources it still has, some webmasters need help to get a better speed for the mobile version. So our theme besides the responsive version offers me 2 more options.
Mobile page templates, these are mobile templates that can be made for pages and cloud templates with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Uz85flw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/LR03SYa.png
Mobile theme plugin, is a plugin that uses a simple layout and elements without builders, as a consequence the pages must be rebuilt using mobile editor or you can use the responsive version.
Here is a video for how to use those 2 mobile versions -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, you can set in any page an cloud template the Newsletter with tagDiv Composer, also you can set any other elements if you have the embed code or the shortcode, you just need to set them in a column text or text with title element.
Thank you!
Hi,
When an element is hidden this is still loading and it is consuming resources, but this can be avoided if you remove the element. All you need to do is to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/cFYz47v.png then select the featured image and using the right click you can remove it -> https://i.imgur.com/oiFwO4t.png, after that the featured image will no longer be display in the posts only on blocks.
Thank you!
Hi sdreesen, you can try the suggestion provided by PatWire, or if you have a single post template from cloud, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and set the banner in inline ads, like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Thank you!
Hi,
Not a problem with optimization. When we set any theme, the site loads in two seconds. We have a problem with the tagDiv Composer plugin. He has a problem, he slows down the site a lot. Also, when we set PHP version 8.0 or 8.1, the post template is completely white and the menu is frozen (Attached image). We installed Single Post Template – Magazine PRO.
When we set the PHP version to 7.4, then it loads the post normally.
When we turn off the tagDiv Composer plugin all pages are loaded in one second.

I have read this post: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/thumbnails-regenrated/, but it’s not the same issue.
In my case, I have to enable a plugin called Regenerate Thumbnails (https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/). This plugin editor passed away in 2019 so this plugin stoped update since then.
But once I active tagDiv Composer, regenrate Thumbnails will stop work.
do you think it’s possible to make some change?
Thanks
Jay
For some reason the category filter in a single template for getting a list of related posts by current category is broken.
As workaround I had to change the following lines in td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_data_source.php:
345: case 'cur_post_same_categories':
346: //print_r($atts);
347: $wp_query_args['category__in'] = wp_get_post_categories($live_filter_cur_post_id);
348: $wp_query_args['post__not_in'] = array($live_filter_cur_post_id);
349: break;
to:
345: case 'cur_post_same_categories':
346: //print_r($atts);
347: $term_ids = [];
348: foreach (get_the_terms($live_filter_cur_post_id, 'category') as $term) {
349: if ($term->slug !== 'featured') {
350: $term_ids[] += $term->term_id;
351: }
352: }
353: $wp_query_args['category__in'] = $term_ids;
354: $wp_query_args['post__not_in'] = array($live_filter_cur_post_id);
355: break;
It seems that wp_get_post_categories() was returning an empty list.
Recently in td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_data_source.php at line 154, code changed from:
154: $wp_query_args['tag'] = str_replace(' ', '-', $tag_slug);
to:
156: $tag_slugs = explode(',', trim($tag_slug));
157: $tag_not_in = array();
158: $tag_in = array();
159: foreach ($tag_slugs as $td_tag) {
160: if ( !empty($td_tag) ) {
161: if (strpos($td_tag, '-') !== false) {
162: $tag = get_term_by('slug', $td_tag, 'post_tag');
163: $tag_not_in[] = $tag->term_id;
164: } else {
165: $tag = get_term_by('slug', $td_tag, 'post_tag');
166: $tag_in[] = $tag->term_id;
167: }
168: }
169: }
170:
171: $wp_query_args ['tag__in']= $tag_in;
172: $wp_query_args ['tag__not_in']= $tag_not_in;
The problematic line is the line 161 where it checks if “-” char is found in the tag in ANY position.
Now if a tag contains a legit “-” like for example “my-tag” it gets interpreted as an exclusion.
Exclusion should occur only if “-” is prefixed to the tag slug, in position 0.
