For the moment the only solution that I can provide is to make some change sin the theme files, more exactly in -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js and replace the ‘location.reload(!0)’ with ‘location.assign(“https://www.your-link.com”)’ -> https://i.imgur.com/5CgXDwK.png -> https://i.imgur.com/YWHfeN5.png

Please make sure that the content in your website is not made with other builder than Composer. It could be a conflict issue.

Please edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll the page when you edit it with Composer, and you can edit the sticky header and the logo too.

Make sure that the padding and sizes are the same as the normal header.

Thank you for your screenshot. It was so simple, and easy. I don’t know why I couldn’t do before.
I was looking for so many options, composer, page builder, other advanced settings for how to convert or create the mobile theme page.
but I did a copy and paste the page content to the Mobile editor (in the same page as per your screenshot) and it came perfectly.
Phew! I was struggling to set up past 1 year, but it jus like that change.
Finally, I have done all my pending work 🙂 .

I read somewhere on this forum that we need to intall and activate tagDiv Standard pack plugin to solve the issue.
Meanwhile i don’t have that plugin displayed in my dashboard (see attached image)
After new update below errors are observed, kindly correct it.

In addition, there is another important problem: Now we have detected that the plugin tagDiv Mobile Theme is making the site crash everytime a mobile visitor request a page, even so we have the AMP plugin disabled. This is the debugging info we get when the sites crashes:

Disabling tagDiv Mobile Theme has stopped the error for now.
I have the same issue.
On the mobile AMP the home page is working fine.
When i go to a category page the page is blank and i get the following error:

I am having the same trouble, and some of the screencasts you posted above are no longer available. My questions are: How can I tell if a Pro Prebuilt Website has been installed? If one is installed, how can I modify it?
I understand how to use tagDiv Composer to modify fonts on my home page, but I don’t know how to make global changes to my posts. I thought using the Theme Panel would accomplish that, but the changes I make there are not taking effect.

After the update – which went through successfully – my website is upset. The tagDiv Composer is just not pulling any Page now. It keeps going round and round. Also, the website has lost all its settings of Home Page. I have another site with identical setup but which I have not updated yet and its working fine.

Recently we have detected a huge increase of 5XX errors in our Google Search Console. The errors are all caused by ?amp pages. Until the 23rd of November everything worked fine. We use the AMP plugin in a wordpress multisite network, working in transitional mode with Newspaper.
Is this any known issue?
We tried a lot of different setups and reinstalling the AMP plugin, but nothing solves the issue. PHP debugging shows the following info:

If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
So, you should add the content in the Mobile Editor, a special field only for the Mobile Theme plugin as in this screenshot per documentation: https://www.screencast.com/t/PqBz1IrupWxM
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

The header and footer cannot be edited or saved.
We have followed the instructions from other threads regarding opening the homepage Page then using the edit in tagDiv Composer button, then going to Manager, clicking on the name of the template under “Choose header template” which then displays the template and allows editing it but not saving it. This goes for the header and footer.
We get the “This type of header is not editable with tagDiv composer. Please use a cloud template!” message when we simply hover over the header or footer. When viewing the Cloud Template library, the footer does not display the option to edit in tagDiv Composer directly.
We can arrange access to the site via Temporary Login if this helps your team diagnose and fix the issue.
All plug-ins and WordPress are up to date. All elements on the system status page are green boxes.

Please make sure you activated the Google Adsense code.
If the AdSense code needs to be set between head tags, this can be set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes. Example: https://prnt.sc/1tju9qf -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq
Note that the auto ads code must be placed in analytics too.
For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads.

If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.
