In order to achieve best results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After you have done this, please consult the guide below and then check your social counter and see how it works.
1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.7. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.7 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.
3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.

Please check the list with all the thumbs which are used in the theme and enable the thumb 696px*0 if this is disabled. Also, if this is enabled and not work, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

A database is an organized collection of data. It is the collection of schemas, tables, queries, reports, views and other objects. The data are typically organized to model aspects of reality in a way that supports processes requiring information, such as modelling the availability of rooms in hotels in a way that supports finding a hotel with vacancies. You have to simply install our Newspaper theme and your content will be recognised by the systems if you are logged in with the same account (user and password). I suppose that in the past you have had another website and now you will switch with our theme and you want to have the same content, right? You have to install our theme with your old account and install the demo without the problem. The previous website was worked with a database which you was created with a user/password. Please notice that you have to use them when you are using this theme. Also, please notice that these settings are valid only if you had the previous site and the database for WordPress….the content will be recognised…otherwise, if we are talking about two different platforms you cannot get the old content. Hello TagDiv team.
I’m a new customer and bought 2 licenses of your superb theme, and am now installing the first one. I ran into a problem when configuring the ads. I replaced the adds that appeared by default in the theme with either the 728×90 or 300×250 code from Adsense. My own ads do now appear, BUT I don’t like the way they look in the homepage, because when I scroll down there are two 300×250 ads that appear in the middle of the page, leaving a huge blank gap between the site sections. I tried replacing all instances of 300×250 banner tags (except the sidebar tag) but I still get the 300×250 banners in the middle of the homepage.
How can I replace them by 728×90 banners?

Please keep in mind that all your content and settings are registered in your database, of course if you use the same database in your project and after installing the demo you will see your old content, along with that of the demo.

I suspect this problem being from your untested plugins which interact with our theme and could cause these type of issues. Thank you for the kind response, however I’ve already checked those resources.
I searched similar issues on the support forum and one thing caught my attention: “php5-gd”
Once I’ve managed to install, now “Regenerate plugin” works correctly and generates needed cropped images. I think this is an important info you should include, because without “php5-gd” the plugin does not work correctly and people might think that theme is corrupted.

Regarding the plugins installations only Visual Composer it’s a required plugin, others are optional. If you still can’t manage to install them via WordPress try the ftp method. For more details about this check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/just-installed-last-newsmag-version-but-cant-update-visual-composer/ I offered there a solution for Visual Composer but the steps are the same for each plugin included in theme’s path.

If you want to have some control of this post type you have to check CTP&Taxonomy filed from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/CfR8QVtbTo If you want to develop this post type, please notice that is not a simple task and require more additional customizations that involve custom work. In order to accomplish these customizations, you need to have a solid knowledge of PHP/HTML and also, you should have more experience in this domain. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for what you want to achieve. If you want to hide your featured images for certain post type or categories, you have to do some additional customization through code that involves custom work. The code file where you need to do these customizations is td_module_single_base.php -> http://screencast.com/t/JewCFS9M4 and there you have to add some conditions which have to check the category and the post type. As a hint, you have to use in_category() and get_post_type() in order to achieve as you want. You can add multiple conditions to the code if you wish to change it.
As for the plugin, we are not sure how the plugin works. You will need to use the implementation method specified by the plugin author. If you want to modify this behavior, we cannot offer any suggestions as we have not tested the plugin and have no idea of it;s functionality.
For the third part, there is no benefit at all, as different versions of visual composer will not work with pur theme properly except for the one that comes bundled with our theme.
