First of all, please backup the whole current theme installation as well as the database and wp install: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
After this, you can use the ftp method from themeās update guide to upload themeās files and remove the previous theme files before uploading the most recent ones then test this again and let us know how it goes. @rayarasmussen If you follow the steps provided in the documentation regarding Envato Toolkit should work without any issues. Also if you want to update the theme via ftp or wordpress please make a full backup of your current installation and database. Please note that all the theme files will be overwritten so if you have some custom modifications to the code you will have to re-add them, the panel settings(theme and wordpress – or posts) should not be affected.
@George Please check the update guide for Envato Toolkit or the others 2 methods.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but Facebook changed a few things that made the social counter not work anymore. We know about the problem and our developers trying to solve this as soon as possible in near future.
Also, please update the social counter plugin by deleting your current one and installing the one that comes with the theme and you can try this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/td-social-counter.zip . I have tested on my side and works properly.
After this changes, if the problem is still there, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your log-in information so we can take a look at your page setup. Please also provide a link to this topic so we know who you are.

i told you!. you need regenerate your thumbnails. Install force regenerate thumnails and run it. Thats all you need :-P.
If you made changues in CSS you are just upscaling images via CSS but its no croped at correct size.

Hi, I am having problem with adsense ads. While using your theme, I realise that adsense code are not loaded first before the website is loaded. And I suspect this is why I see a big difference between the views on ads on adsense report and what I see from the traffics coming to my site. The different is around 70% which is alot. I am losing alot of ad revenue as a result.
Next, I need help to reset the license so that I can install the themes again. The nature of my work is that I install your theme on to a newly created site and test to see if there is demand. When there is no demand, I will delete the site and reinstall the theme on another of my brand new site. I have fulfilled the license agreement and kept installation to one site each time. However at the moment, I am not able to install the theme anymore as my purchase code has reached its limit (i have purchased from themeforest), please help to reset this license. I tried emailing to your support but they direct me to envato. I go to envato and they ask me to come to you guys. I am really confuse what should I do now. Please help.
It is fixed. I just uninstalled the theme and reinstalled it. It was a corrupted upgrade via ftp. So it works now for this issue.
I just update to the latest v2.3.2 and the banner on top now shows twice. Never did that before and does not show like that on other pages I have it on. I don’t know how to make it show just once and I don’t have the code in the placement twice. I tried uninstalling visual composer to see if it was a problem with that but after reinstalling it did nothing to fix it. It is just the homepage top banner that does it.
Do you have any clues what it would be?
I installed version 6.6 and still it is not giving me option to order by IDs and not by alphabetical order.

When you get this type of error on WordPress, thereās a huge percentage of probability that your theme is broken. You normally get this type of error because a function on the functions.php for your theme is missing but thereās still the call for that function.
For example, letās say you wanted to delete a function youāre not going to use anymore that is currently declared on your theme:
add_action(‘wp_loaded’,’my_function’);
function my_function () {}
Normally you would delete or comment out the function declaration for my_function. But if, for any reason, you forget to delete the add_action call, then youāre going to start seeing errors related to the call_user_func_array() on wordpress.
This normally happens when you have an add_action for that function in a different part of the code and you forget about it when deleting your function.
This error is very difficult to detect and solve as it doesnāt show which function is missing and where is the wrong add_action on the code.
To solve it, just comment one by one all the add_action calls that you suspect are causing the error, until you see the error go away. Then you will know which deleted function was causing the problem.
PD: This error could be also related to plugins authors that declared a function on a previous version of their plugin and then on a newest version they delete it but forget to delete the action related.

Ok now I have done a fresh install. New plugins and made all my edits to the theme settings. The CSS is loading properly but VC is still having issues.
I have default template set for home and just added new blocks to the page setup. The problem is that the blocks in rows are displating properly. None of the columns are redering properly and just spreads content across full width of row.
Have tried multiple combinations using different template selections but the rows still stretch content. Can’t figure this out. Prior to this I jsut created my page through homepage blank and everything just worked.
Maybe I’m just not understanding the new templates…can you shed any light?

Sir my site loading time has increased more then double i am on A2hosting Turbo Plan which contains SSD Hard drive, 10 GB Ram and many great feature that makes site run smoother and faster and it was working fine until my last theme but as soon as i installed Newspaper the site is loading too slow you can check it out yourself at http://www.iaspaper.net please do help me as soon as possible or else i have to switch to my old theme again because its a my visitors are facing problem and i have daily 10k+ visitors so do help as soon as possible
