I installed an IE compatibility plugin (NS Ie Compatibility Fixer) and it solves the problem, but looks like it is not very compatible with the Theme since the mobile page functionality is lost and all mobile devices show inherited responsiveness, so I uninstalled again.
I have read that IE/EDGE and WP are not good friends…

Hi,
I am receiving a fatal error when anyone clicks on any of my product pages on their mobile. Also, images will not show on mobile. It looks fine on the desktop. I cannot tell if it is something that I incorrectly installed or if it is an incompatible plugin. Would you mind taking a look at it and advising me which steps I should take next?

Unfortunately, the file can not be set in child theme and for the moment it is the only why you can edit the mobile menu, sorry!
Now, if will be to set the code in the theme header.php file, I think that will be triger this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php (our theme has 3 header.php files, but if the tagDiv Standard Pack is not installed and you use a cloud header, the above one will be use). Just copy the file from there in child theme (Newspaper-child/header.php) and set the code in that file, it should work properly.

I remember a similar case, it was something that was interfering with the theme editor, also I made now a test on my install and for me it works normally -> https://i.imgur.com/ibu4633.png what I can suggest is to disable and delete the theme plugins and reinstall them from the newspaper > plugins.
Make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v11.4 and make a test for plugins conflict, for this use only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persist.

Hi, thank you for you answer. The plugin is activated and installed and the site is updated to version 11.4
My preliminary research, debugging and testing discovered this theme causes a myriad of memory problems using PHP versions 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4. I dropped the PHP version down to 7.0 and now 2 different installations are working properly. Not sure what the problem is, but hopefully this helps someone.
I’ve fixed this problem through installing the plug-in’s separatly from the plugin menu.
Hello. At the moment I use only theme plugins and plus WP Super Cache and Yoast SEO. Was removed Site Kit by Google, Yandex Metrika counter, but nothing changed, the problem remained. Some time ago, everything worked even with installed plugins. And another problem is how to get rid of the subloading of the following records? The Ajax function is disabled in the themes panel. If you do a few searches there info on how to fix, I think you just need to disable and uninstall the opt-in builder, then reinstall.
Hi all.
After a new install i notice that emails that come in after a raised ticket only have a from name of “| CMS” thus the company name is missing.
The setup for company does have a name added.
on first looking it appears that we have….
{companyname} in the email templates admin section.
and
{company_name} in the company information admin section.
Question, is this an error?
should {companyname} be {company_name} in the email templates section?

Please try the follow steps that can fix the problem:
1. Please make sure that you are using the last them version, Newspaper v11.4.
2. Please make sure that the tagDiv plugins are install properly (disable them, delete and reinstall the plugins from Newspaper plugins).
3. In case that you are using a child theme please disable it, also check only with theme plugins.
If the problem still persists after you made all those steps, then, please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the link of this topic and wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as possible.

When I change something in the Theme Panel and want to save it, the “Load” sign comes up all the time and it does not save the changes. Completely new installation with WordPress 5.9
I just stop using it, and install a plugin for Instagram
So, i have fixed the problem by disabling Wordfence that was installed in another website but in the same html_docs directory.

Please make a test and uninstall it because the issue can be caused by the cache plugin that you use if it’s an untested plugin with our theme.
We recommend using only one cache plugin, the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure

When you use Mobile Theme then the pages will be overwritten by the plugin. In order to use AMP, you should install the Mobile theme and AMP plugin. Please make sure you downloaded the right AMP plugin which is installed and active and you’ve set the option Mobile + AMP. If you deactivate the Mobile Theme plugin, then you will see the responsive version of your desktop. When you install again the Mobile Theme plugin , then you can see his own template/layout/design with the settings from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme.
