Hi crodexter, to get a better speed on mobile version you can use the mobile theme plugin or the mobile page template.
Now when you are using the mobile theme plugin you must make sure that the cache plugin that you have, has an option for mobile version, if not then this will not work properly. We recommend to use WP Super Cache -> https://i.imgur.com/Q6IMysD.png, but there are more cache plugins that can be used.
Also if this is still not working, to make sure that it is or not a cache problem, please disable all cache that you use and try again.

Unfortunately, in those situations, those are the faster ways that the problems can be solved, also we do not know exactly what can be the situation, maybe some files are not installed (it can be blocked ) or some styles tot loaded correctly. For this the best way it is to inspect it, also you can provide a temporary access and remove after we check and fix the problem.

1. If you have the possibility to create a staging, then we’ll check only the staging and al changes will be done only there to prevent the problems on the main website.

2. If the problem is not present on staging, then most probably this is not from the theme and it is from some settings/ code … that were added on the main website and in this case the only solution is to check it ion the mane website, the first step it is to identify from where it is coming the problem, then how to fix it.

In case that you are using Cloudflare you need to make sure that this it is set exactly like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ only in this way we can be sure that the theme builder can work correctly.

Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate => https://www.screencast.com/t/h0ohbHcJO, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results

When you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version.

@Thami I will ask a developer for more information. Also, please if you can do a test like this, delete all tagDiv plugins, reinstall them from the Newspaper plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/afkeDvDioeI and activate, and make a new test only with tagDiv plugins and CMP plugin and see if the warning appears. If yes, please let us know the steps and what CMP plugin use for tests.

This situation it is quite strange and I say this because if should be something from the theme, I think that always should display hat error or if is a particular part of the theme, then it should display the error when you access that section.
Now this problem can be from different situations, for example it can be from a plugin conflict, for some settings or from some custom code set in the theme, theme files or .htaccess, wp-config.php or functions.php so we need to identify exactly from where it is coming the problem.
First please make sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ (make sure that you set the wp memory limit and that you add that code in htaccess).
After that another think that need to be checked it is to make sure that the theme and theme plugins were installed correctly, for this you can reinstall the theme via FTP/cPanel and install/update the theme plugins from Newsmag > plugins.
In case that you made all above steps and the problem it is still persisting, then we need to make some deep investigations, starting with the extra plugins that you use.
