Did you made some changes in theme files ?
Please deactivate and delete tagDiv Cloud Library, after that install it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/t8z2K01.png
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I have installed default pro version of theme and imported Technews header from the cloud.. everything was working fine. Its was sticky. But when i changed the header by importing other cloud themes after that its not showing sticky header in mobile version. Kindly help to ressolve this. When editing with td composer, while scrolling down in movile version its instead of showing sticky header its shows Empty Column. I tried deleting wordpress and reinstalling but this still exixt. Are you storing our template design in your server data ? How can this happen suddenly!

As long as the migration is being done properly there should be no issue. We also recommend you to delete and reinstall the tagDiv Composer plugin after moving the website.

I had no problem installing the plugin. I explained in my video that it has been installed and it needs an activation code every time I attempt to use it.
Don’t tell me that bundled plugins don’t require an activation code, because in my case it does. Thank you.

(rodhi) before using newspaper them. i had used free theme that time my site speed 90+ in google. i am so sad now my site speed under 80 i also used amp but i don’t understand why my site speed down. i am using cloud hosting i have a another site (sadshayariimage) there is free theme no amp install but site speed 90+ in google. plz help me

When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test.
If the problem persist, let me know the settings you’ve made for WP Super Cache and the plugins you are using.

I get an error even though I install the plugins
i installed the plugins many times but i get the error
I also couldn’t access the cloud library and got the error message “Empty response received from server.” I used the time machine and installed 10.3.2 again and it works again. Please let me know when i can update it to the latest version without this issue.

I have installed the bbpress plugin, created a page called “forums” and added the shortcode [bbp-forum-index] and a forum displays when I view the page.
The problem I have is that it’s not clear what steps to take to make my page look like this: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/forums/, so just forum on the left and a sidebar on the right with forum related topics.
I have added the shortcode to the text field but what is next? Should I select a template under page attributes and then click tagdiv composer? If I click tagdivcomposer I get the message that the page was not created by tagdivcomposer and an error: “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.”
Any advice on how to properly set the layup up? Thanks.

My site has a download manager plugin installed (https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-manager/) and the posts created using this feature are differently published under the directory of this plugin, not in defaule wordpress post section.
The problem I am facing is, the posts created under download manager plugin do not have a sidebar and it doe snot show any edit template option where this can be edited.
Kindly suggest solution.

I was trying to put an image in a single image element on the home. But I get that error.
Also in the post entries all the page is destroyed, the sidebars doesn’t appear and when I scroll it appears nowhere near where its supposed to be.
