I have inspected your website and I saw that pagination does not work, sorry! Also, I have noticed that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please remove all of them, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6oR86fJu Notice that the first step for WordPress debugging is to remove untested plugins. If the problem is still there, please try making a new install to another subdomain for testing and check the results.

Please notice that by default, our theme has centered the Featured images on AMP version, as you can see here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/td-post-ripple-ceo-and-ethereum-co-founder-bash-ico-industry/amp/ I suggest you make a new install to another subdomain for testing, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.

Please update the theme again via FTP way to be sure that your install has been correctly made. Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

I feel like I’m not explaining myself well enough, so I’ll try this one more time and see if you have any way of assisting in this.
You have created a set of excellent home pages and post page implementations within your demos. We would like to use those, but with the categories and content that already exist within our sites.
We can either 1) import without the demo content, which also comes without the home and post pages that you’ve set up, which we are honestly having a hard time recreating to anywhere near as good.
or 2) import with all of of the demo data, which includes all of your categories, and a huge amount of additional posts, users, etc. that are difficult to remove, and we are having a hard time figuring out how and where to swap in our categories for the demo categories so it functions in the same way.
Also, when we try and import into our staging area, we run into a TagDiv importer detected an error. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps. The only thing I can think if is that it will not let me install full demos a staging site.

i want to create an slider like its on the top of the Travel Blog demo (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_travel/). My problem is that on the side of the Travel Blog, there is a lot of space where you can see the left and right pictrue, on my slider there is less space. I know it depends on the screen how much you see, but on the slider at the Travel Blog, there is a lot of more space, or the image in the middle is just smaller.
I installe the Traveler Blog demo, but the slider is not included. –> “Revolution Slider Failure: Slider with alias td-travel not found.”
Can you send me the exported slider, or explain me how to configure more space, or a smaller image.

This feature is so strange. Everytime i do i clean install, it works at begining. As soon as i start installing the addons, it stops working. I mean, i can use it, but when i saved it, it doesn’t save the code.

The contact page you mention is not complicated to make, or install the default demo with content and it will be available in the WordPress pages section

Edit it with the tagDiv composer and edit it was you wish. The page consists of a column text element on top

A title element can be used next above the contact form. The contact form requires Contact form 7 plugin, the theme cannot create forms.
As a note, if you will uninstall a demo in the future, the pages that came with it will be removed.

thank you for the quick reply. I installed the plugin in our staging environment. It works for videos embedded in the text but not for the video that is included via the post template “Video”.
It would be great if you could add this feature till 25th :).

Ensure that you have installed the latest version of it which is NP 8.7.4 via FTP way, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ enable the mbstring parameter to your dedicated server, remove all of untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Seems code from the multi-purpose plugin is missing in your case, that is why the icons are not displayed.
Also check the theme system status. If there are not sufficient resources, the theme and plugins functionality can be affected

I have the latest update already installed (http://www.pinoyhiphopsuperstar.com/) but every change in header style, layout etc. everything in the Theme Panel takes too long to take effect, usually I can preview the changes made in seconds right after I saved the settings. It’s now hard to customize everything and pretty annoying.

If you install a demo, the hover color can be set by the demo. That may override the theme accent color. The fitness demo you have installed sets an orange color for all the block titles. This specific demo design could be removed from it’s stylesheet

If you installed that demo, please check the theme panel section I mentioned, remove or replace the image found there. Then there should be no more 404 errors related to it. Let us know.

Sorry but unfortunately we did not test such a template. From what you are mentioning it seems to be an entirely different theme. You cannot have 2 themes installed at the same time unfortunately. The closest thing our theme can provide for recipes is the recipes demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_recipes/ but it does not have the functionality you mention unfortunately. Our theme does not offer such in depth recipe implementation.

Please notice that by default, the Facebook Sharing works as expected, without any problems. So, if you will check our demo preview you will see good results. Do you have setup it via Seo Yoast? Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you can try to make a new install to another sub-domain for testing only with the theme, without any untested plugins and check the results.

Please also update the theme plugins by deactivating and deleting them and installing them again from the main theme package. The theme plugins do not update along withe the theme. They have to be deleted and reinstalled.
