Hi,
If you are using cloud templates, then you can set all the settings on that cloud template using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/2d6Cuk2.png – https://i.imgur.com/7ThBalt.png (the theme panel fonts will apply only for standard template from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin and some options that are general).
“Second, in Theme Fonts, please tell us the function description and operation method in each menu of the subcategory https://ibb.co/6yZWpLY menus.” those will be applied only for standard templates added by this plugin – https://i.imgur.com/UbeyHn1.png – https://i.imgur.com/n6oXkyR.png
“Next question.
Post → Block → Advanced → Additional CSS Classes
tell me how to use”
You need to set the class on that element, save/update/publish the post and use that class to create your custom css -https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thank you!
Hi,
There are a lot of factors which can make your site slow. Make sure you use only some templates and fewer functionalities and options.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js

Hi,
Now the best way to do this is to copy the cloud content from staging to the live website. All you need to do is to make sure that you are copy the content from a type of template and you set it in the same type. -> https://i.imgur.com/OJ5Yli3.png -> https://i.imgur.com/kdmxs0H.png (if you want you can use a blank template but it needs to have the same type) -> then paste the code -> https://i.imgur.com/LtiGzBt.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
From what I can see after the update, there are some plugins in the theme that are not updated, please check what they are and install them from Newspaper > plugins. Most likely it is the tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Social Counter.
Also, you can check our guide for How to Update the Newspaper Theme.
Thank you!

Amp site scan fails when tagDiv Cloud Library is active.
If I deactivate Cloud Library works well.
No problem before.
Thanks for your help.
Paolo
I am not currently using any cache plugins. Instead, I am using EasyWP, which is a managed WordPress hosting service provided by Namecheap. They have their own cache plugin, which may be causing some issues.
In addition, I am also using Cloudflare for my website. Despite flushing the cache multiple times over the past few days, the issue still persists.
We customized a Cloud Library template on our staging site and now we’d like to use it with our live site. How can we move the template from one site to another? Is it stored in a file or as a row in the database we could export/import? I can’t just push the staging site to live because the live site has newer content.
Why are we having issues with this cloud template menu?
When first loading the page the alignment is correct but after refreshing the page the alignment is off and there’s a huge whitespace

This is also happening on all other pages to.
Several years ago, I installed my Newspaper theme on several sites. On one of them, I started using the cloud features to create headers, footers, etc. Now I want to do the same thing on another site, but it says I needed to buy another license. I did that. The issue I’m having is that I CANNOT figure out how to disassociate this site with the old license so I can add the new one! What am I doing wrong? I go into “My License” and I see all the sites with their assignments, but there is no option to disassociate this site with the first key so I can reinstall with the new one.
HELP!?!?!?!
Hi,
Our client is experiencing blurry (not sharp) images on the homepage in a grid. We’ve deactivated all but TagDiv’s plugins, and switched from the child theme to the parent theme, but the issue remains: https://env-qxmagazine-stg.kinsta.cloud/. Note the “Some wellbeing tips for Christmas” thumbnail as an example. The featured image within the post doesn’t have this issue.
How can we resolve this please? We see the image is not bigger than its container so on 4K screens that will not look crisp. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
When you assign a cloud template for a CPT or taxonomy, you can set an individual header and footer also, like for category/posts.
Thank you!
Hi support,
I have Custom CPT for my site and using CPT cloud template. I also want assign custom header and footer for that custom CPT but there are problem to change the header and footer because it still appear global header and footer.
Here is the example : https://www.remaja.my/profilhero/hr21-aqil-taqee/
Hi,
Do you want to use Infinite Loading for Single Posts? this can be enabled only on single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library – https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
Thank you!
Hi,
About the CDN, the mobile theme is not working with the CDN, because this by default recognizes only the responsive version. There is an extension that should be working, but this is not free – https://developers.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimization/reference/cache-device-type/ –> https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/how-to/create-page-rules#cache-by-device-type-enterprise-only this normally should work with the mobile theme too.
Thank you!
I fixed it, finally I decided not to use header and footer cloud templates. Thanks.

Hi Bettina,

With cloudflare enable. i see the desktop version instead the mobile in the smartphones, what should i do ?
I don’t understand.
What’s the bottom line?
How do I install this block? https://ibb.co/tBG1TFd
In the posts.
When using the Doctor plugin.
With arbitrary fields
This is your cloud template https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_doctors_pro/tdcpt_doctors/terry-ravinder/
I want to create it on my website.
But when I open the post, this block does not open. https://ibb.co/tBG1TFd
How do you fix this? And create such a post from your cloud template.

Hi,
You can import blocks from tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/single/page/Blocks/1817 The block will be set at the bottom page content, but you can move it where you want, select the row => https://i.imgur.com/ddupL4m.jpg
Thank you!
Hello @jbrabants !
It could be an issue if the Cloud Library loads infinitely. Check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cloud-templates-takes-forever-to-load/
You can create your own CPTs by using the CPT/UI plugin. Check the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
Thank you!
Same problem here. When loading the Cloud Templates, it gets stuck.
Hello,
Thank you for your loyalty.
I have already done everything I can do, I have put it on our list to check if it is possible to make cloud templates be seen as general category templates…
Thank you!
I’ve installed Newspaper and imported the “Gossip” demo. Now I want to add directory functionality to it so I also installed the “Eastcoast Check PRO Plugin”.
To my surprise, this doesn’t add a custom post type, and because of a lack of documentation, I just cannot figure out where these listings live, or where to customise single directory entries.
Looked at the Cloud Library, but when opening CPT/Taxonomies and clicking the “+” under “Reviews”, it just keeps loading and no templates appear.
Could really use some help here…
