I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Rev Slider at the top of the website. I cannot provide a more accurate response in this regard because I saw that you are using some untested plugins which interact with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Please make sure gd library is properly installed on your server. Also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If you have done this already and it is still not working, maybe a plugin is causing this. Please try and disable all of them, except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check again. Also provide a link to your website pointing to this issue if this does not fix the issue, so we can take a look.

Please provide more details, is this occurring only for the Slider element or also on other elements on the page. You could try to regenerate the thumbnails needed for the theme, using this guide

And also take note of the requirements for the server. After the regeneration process is complete, please clear any caching installed and check to see if the problem is resolved.

It seems you can not click on any of the footer links in the custom menu even though they are present. Please try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check again. Also check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel, or added to the theme files that could be related to the footer, or the menu items. Also double check the menu and make sure everything is in order. Then I see no reason that the menu should not work properly.

Please make sure you are entering the full analytics code in the required section in theme panel

The theme comes with a google analytics section where you can add the analytics code but there is one thing to take into consideration. Analytics provides 2 codes a short version and a long version. Most people use the short version and that is wrong. Please use the full version of the code in the analytics field, including the script tags and everything should work properly. Also clear any caching installed after you enter the code. Please note that it may take a little time before the statistics are refreshed.

Sorry but we have no reports of this so I cannot provide solution in this regard. You will have to test a few possible solutions starting with plugins, or the cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also the plugin needs a bit of adjustment as described here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/help-cache-plugin/
Another thing to try is to disable or enable the mobile theme plugin and see if it responds in different ways.
You can also test on a wp default theme as well to see if the issue is theme related at all. It could be a wordpress problem.

If it is, please disable all your plugins except Visual composer, also switch to the main theme if you are using a child theme. Try to make a new clean install with the latest version of the theme and try using only tested plugins with the theme if you want to achieve best results. Please keep in mind that the Social Counter is fully tested and is compatible with the theme and should work as expected.

The Envato policy allows using a theme only for a single install
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
A sub-domain however can be used and the theme activated on it, if it’s part of the same project. You can use the theme on this sub-domain, as long as it will not be a different website with different content.
