For your first question, please notice that this is the normal/default behaviour for our new mobile theme. If you want to change the filter for Big Grid feature, you have to alter the code from the front-page.php core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/XvSBymcfGof Please notice that this is not a simple task and if you want to set the filter only from particular category you will have to add other conditions in order to achieve as you wish. Please notice that if you want to change the filter of the Big Grid (for example to be for latest), on your front page you will get the twice posts because the latest articles module will display you the latest posts. So, if you want to display more levels in our theme and your are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

For your second request, please notice that the WP Fastest Cache plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this type of plugin and also we cannot say for sure if it will work 100% with our theme. Also, please notice that we recommend using the WP Super Cache because this plugin is tested with our theme and works as properly.

I have checked your source page and also I have noticed that you are using a lot of untested plugins, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/i36WgAB9wxFj Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active (4.11.2 version), clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme to rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that your untested plugins to interact with our theme and might cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try the theme without these and check the results.

Basically, you need to edit a few files and change a few values here and there. It’s not that complicated. This task does not require coding knowledge. You simply have to edit 2 files with a text editor (notepad++ is free) and edit or insert a few pieces of text. You will need to know how to copy and paste and type in a few things.
You will need to edit 2 files for this task: The first one is wp-config.php and the other is php.ini.
You can find wp-config.ini in the main WordPress installation folder.
In the wp-config.php you have to add this line to the bottom of the code:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );
That’s it with this file. You now need to edit the php.ini file. This can be found in different places depending on your hosting provider. If you cannot locate it, please contact your hosting to let you know where you can find it.
In the php.ini file, you have to edit a few numbers.
search for these entries and replace them with the corresponding values. They should look like this:
max_input_vars = 5000
max_execution_time = 300
post_max_size = 50M
If this does not help you on your task, then you will need to get someone to help you.

I have tested again on my side and the drop caps are displayed fine on mobile theme. Also, I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which could interact with our theme and might cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Please try this advice and let us know how it work.

Please notice that, until now, we do not have any bad reports regarding on this case with background-color. Please ensure that you have removed all your untested plugins and leave just installed only the theme plugins. Try to purge your CDN file if you are using the CDN, clear all your caches and test it again.

1) Please update the social counter by disabling the one you have now and deleting files and installing the new plugin version which comes with the latest theme version. You must have social counter version 4.0 for it to work properly

In the next step, you will have to disable ALL your plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ (for Newspaper 7 -> Visual Composer 4.11.2), clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using CDN and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that all your panel settings were loaded in the MySQL database and you will not lose these settings. Also, if you have others customization through code, please notice that the latest update will overwrite these files and you will lose these customizations. So, if will have the backup, then you will have to re-add all your customizations for the latest update until you will achieve as you wish. The mega-menu option does not require any plugin nor screen options. it should be there by default. Please deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If this does not fix it, please try to activate the main theme if you use a child theme. Or maybe the theme installation was faulty, then you need to do a fresh install via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme and see if the problem is still there. If it;s the child theme causing it, it will have to be re-created. If you do not use a child theme, please try a fresh install via ftp as the update process might have gone wrong: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also try it without any plugins as a plugin conflict can also create such issues.
