I suspect this problem to be from plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out conflicting plugins. It is necessary to follow this advice because if you are using some untested plugins with our theme it could cause this kind of issue.

I suspect to be a problem that might be caused by the plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. This odd behavior occurs when some untested plugins interfere between them and with the theme. Also, please ensure that your title of the sidebar does not contain a strange character (unknown symbols) but only letters and numbers. Check your sidebar after you have done this changes and see if your problem persists.

I have checked you website and your page source and I noticed that you use a lot of untested plugins with our theme. Your theme behaviour is very strange and I suspect it might be caused by conflicting plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and thus rule out the plugins in conflict. Also, then you can reinstall your plugins one by one and see wich plugin interfere and could cause this problem in our theme.

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. It is a general error and we cannot pin point it to a specific thing. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.

There is so strange behaviour. Unfortunately, this issue does not come from the theme. Please ensure you have entered the correct Twitter ID and you have followed the right steps in this regard. Also, please make sure this problem does not come from the plugins in conflict. Our Speed Booster plugin has been designed to work properly with some tested plugins, as you can see in this screenshot -> http://screencast.com/t/ojSRErqBEI8 Please note that the Speed Booster plugin disable itself when an incompatible plugin it’s installed. We added this measure to avoid conflicts with the plugins that won’t allow moving their CSS/js resources at page bottom. Please make a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme and install it directly.

Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, it’s about two different domains and you have to buy our theme again. Unfortunately, there is no discount for your second buying.
