Unfortunately, there is not a simple option to change the URL and you cannot change this within WordPress or within theme. You have to contact your host provider and only they are able to change this or gives a solution for this. Also, if you want to move a root install to its own directory, please consult this documentation here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory .

Step taken to upgrade from V 6.5.1 to v6.6
update all plugins de-activate all plugin except visual composer
change theme then remove old version then re install new theme and work 6.6 show
However when I use a URL from youtube it those not place an image with the video any more

If the server doesn’t allow external connections or has some restrictions for it the theme demo install system returns an error like the one you encountered. It could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error contact your host provider and let him know about this. Another cause may be the traffic, each operation has a time limit, at certain hours the traffic may be high and while the theme tries to download the images the operation exceeds the allocated time and a 404 or timeout error may be returned.
Please make sure that you have permission for upload folder, you can follow this tutorial in case you need to change the permissions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions (changing permissions to 777 fixed the issue for most users)
It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this so you could also test this on a fresh wp install and let us know if you still get the same result.

Unfortunately it is not working.
I have put Coca-Cola in and I get the correct number, I put TomFaklerPhotography and get the correct numbers and then when I put in AnitasFeast or anitasfeast I only get 39. I did Coca-Cola, TomFaklerPhotography and AnitasFeast one right after the other.
I upgraded to version 6.6 and after that I deleted the plugin and went to the plugin section of the theme panel and installed it.
I have cleared the caches.
Is there any more information I can give you?

its been some time since my last reply but now that ive done some tests i can answer back. I have updated the theme, deactivate all plugins and uninstall most of them but the issue still persists. However when I change the theme to another one it works ok, so I guess it has to be an issue with the newspaper theme.
Last thing ive tried is activating the accessibility mode on the widget page and that seems to work, at least is not slow any more, I will have to wait a bit to see if also keeps the widgets in the different sidebars, as before it erased some of them.
Anyway, does any of this info help you think what the issue could be?

Sorry for inconvenience.
We added a list with plugins with which we tested the Speed Booster plugin: http://screencast.com/t/vvuOf7xbR If a new plugin is installed Speed Booster automatically disables itself. We added this measure to avoid conflicts that may appear because some plugins may cause issues when you try to move their resources at the page bottom.
There’s no need to disable all plugins, you have to add them to the list and check if they work when Speed Booster is enabled. Here is an example for BuddyPress: http://screencast.com/t/yHjzKRY7l1pN

Please make sure you install the correct version of the social counter and insert just the facebook ID in the input area. I tested your id: anitasfeast on my counter and the followers get picked up: http://screencast.com/t/aVAOOiOi
Please make sure you clear your cache, because it is not a live feed. If it still will not work, also change the username to something other like for example cocacola and check if the fans are getting picked up correctly.

I have installed V3.0.4 of Yoats SEO, clear browser cache, clear cached pages and still have the same problem. The snippest for titles and meta description disaperes!
I deactivated JS composer and my website went blank! I had to install theme again from scratch!
But then I found the problem!!!!!! It looks that yoast SEO plugin has the problem with Firefox 42.0 browser. When I try to edit snippest in that browser the field disaperes! But when I try to edit snippest in Chrome — everything works in V3.0.4!!!!
Don’t use Firefox 42.0 until yoast SEO finds the error!!!!!

Normally the message should not appear with the visual composer version that comes with the theme. Maybe you had the full license of V.C. prior to this version?. Please deactivate and delete the plugin and try to access your files via ftp and remove any files created by visual composer. Then reinstall it from the theme panel.

I’ve tested this now on our theme and everything seems to work fine. I have access on dashboard as editor and also as administrator. Please try to disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer and install it only which comes bundled with our theme and try it again. This error can be caused by your plugins. Notice that the old your plugins when worked fine before updates can generate any conflict with new updates. After this, please check if your problem is still there and let us know.

Hello,
If it worked previously, it means that some change to your website makes it not respond anymore. You maybe update your theme and a file you are trying to modify got changed. In this case the file must be replaced with the new one.
Maybe you installed a plugin that interferes with the child theme somehow. Try it without any plugins as well.
Make sure you use the child theme that comes with the theme and follow this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Please keep in mind that not all files can be used via the child theme.

I have updated the Theme to 6.6 and
the tagDiv Social Counter with that version.
The follower counts on Twitter and Instagram are OK but in the Facebook it shows 39 followers and there should be 979.
I have gone into the Theme panel and social networking and made sure anitasfeast is in the Facebook line and saved the changes.
I still get a number in the Facebook Like line that is in error.
Can you please tell me what else I should check to get the proper number of Likes in Facebook.

1. Having some problems with visual composer. When I try to edit a page the button does not appear for visual composer. I updated the theme, also after updating and deleted the plugin and reinstalled it to see if it was working and still no luck. I attached a picture of whats appearing.
2. Facebook Likes is still not showing after the update as well
3. Sometimes my website loads in a weird way and everything is distorted and disorganized. Don’t know why this is happening but I attached a link below.
4. Anyways i can have a full width page? like for yycnow.com/thingstodo (1234 password) I want this page to be full width.
