Hi there,

I have an urgent question:
How can I add multiple “like counts” & “share” buttons in the same post/page, without being interconnected + mention the URL for each post I want to share? I cannot find a way to do it from the Newspaper X theme itself and when I try to install any 3rd party plugin, my “save” button from “edit post template” stops working (saves in a loop).

Hi,
There are several social networks in the theme panel available to share articles. Is it possible that you can add Xing there? I think it would be better than install just another plugin.

Hi guys

I installed the new update and its all fine except I noticed all the fonts changed on my archive post pages. Before I was just using the default font which I guess is open sans or something similar but now its changed to a different font even though the theme options are still set to default.

Is this a bug with the theme or just something I am experiencing?

I want to remove view counts from my single posts in mobile theme. In PC theme and Mobile theme, I removed views count by deleting the element. But in AMP, we don’t get any options to remove or any element, so I can’t handle post settings.
I haven’t used tagDiv Standard Pack, so I don’t get any options like AJAX View Counts in Post Settings. And please suggest some other solutions instead of installing tagDiv Standard Composer to remove the view count.

How to install Demo?

Hi there, I have installed Newspaper X and activated the AMP and Mobile Theme plugins.
Also, for my theme I have installed a demo, and customized its elements myself to make it look how I want it to look.
From my understanding, when I use mobile theme, it should show ONLY on mobile. However something weird is happening. I loads with desktop view on desktop, which is good … UNTIL I load it on mobile, it would show me the mobile theme on mobile, and then if I refresh the browser on PC it will also show the MOBILE theme on desktop !!

I don’t know, it should be very simple / mobile theme shows for mobile and desktop stays the same, it doesn’t do that for me. ALSO, I wanna be able to load the mobile theme for the website as a whole, including the home page, not only posts.

Hello, I am a user of TagDiv, and I have a problem: it turns out that I cannot install “TagDiv Composer”, even though I try my WP will not let me install it and by FTP, when I activate it, my page has an error 500, do you have documentation of possible solutions? , thanks.

I am trying to import a footer and a header from website manager using the tagdiv composer in my newly installed newspaper theme, but I am unable to do so because when I choose the footer/header I want to import and click import, the box where I chose the footer is covering the confirm selection box and so I have to press the X which cancels my selection. Any idea how to solve?

I have installed Newspaper 10.3.2 version, each time I try to install de demo I got the same error message several times:

“tagDiv detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.

Steps to troubleshoot:
– Check the permissions on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your product license key)

Permissions and WP_DEBUG seems to be ok.
Any idea?

I have installed WP 5.4 and the latest TadDiv update V 10.3.2 on a staging site.

I can see that this create some issue with the fonts and the header.

Example I have not fixed the header here https://staging.unric.org/it/

But I have fixed on french for example https://staging.unric.org/fr/
using the following CSS

.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-title {
white-space: normal;
}

But the theme fonts seems different (header, Menu..). Thank you for your assistance
