Try to install it via FTP.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

2. I check this problem, and is look like there is some css style that override the default css, please use this custom css to fix this problem

Usually when you are on desktop and you are redirect to a mobile version of your website it is a cache problem, I would suggest as a first step to clear the cache then deactivate the caching plugin temporarily. Then check if the problem is solved.

Hi,

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ It is possible that when you activate the Storefront theme to be created some transients and when you roll back to Newspaper theme, appears some these errors. Try to clear all of these according to the following useful guides from here -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-and-delete-transients-in-wordpress/ -> https://isabelcastillo.com/delete-all-transients-wordpress.

When a demo is installed with content there will be demo posts and categories imported. To display your own content in pages (blocks, grids etc) edit the page with the composer

Each block or grid can be customized to display your own content

In the screenshot you mention that is the ajax menu, blocks can display it. You can choose to display categories, tags, authors or a popular filter – http://prntscr.com/n6v9jd

So for example when enabled and set by categories, by default all the categories you have will be shown. However the categories that appear there can be controlled by entering specific category IDs

The same for authors and tags.

If you made some changes in the theme file, then you’ll need to reinstall the theme or update it, in this way the changes will be override by the theme.
In order to reset the theme settings please check the options from Theme panel>Import / export -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9sdPXMcU

I believe you are referring to the featured images of the posts

If you installed a demo with content there will be demo posts provided, please do not edit these posts. Create new posts of your own and add featured images or videos for them.

From the featured images you set the theme will create thumbnails, these will represent the post in blocks, grids and other modules – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

In case this is not what you wanted to know, please mention some more details about the images you want to replace, also the demo you have installed. Or post a link to the website so I can take a look.

You simply have to install the revolution plugin and import the book slide, as mentioned in the guide. Configure it to show the post you want and set it in the page. The documentation for the plugin is here – https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/

If you have problems doing it, some more details would be helpful. I will help you as best I can.

That is usually caused by caching. I have seen cases where the mobile theme was loading on desktop for example, which should not happen.

In almost all those cases the issue was a caching plugin. We recommend to use the WP super cache if possible, with these settings

There should be no problem with the mobile theme and this caching plugin.

So you could import it, configure it and use it in the desired page.

Starting with theme version 9.1 the slide can now be set in full width.
