My site is tbtbangla.com. im using tagdive mobile theme plugin which is pretty much fast but too simple and lack of customization. On the other hand on PC the sites loads too slow like 7 min!. As i am ameature in web developing i want some customized settings for loading website fast both in mobile & desktop. i have installed following plug ins.
1.jetpack
2.wp smush
3.wp super cache
4.yost seo
5.facebook instant article
tried uninstall and seen no change. Please solve my issue asap
can you please reply to my emails , now when i ad the header ads , work fine in other pages but the home page no , when i change the header look or the logo or anything didn’t change on the homepag , but other pages all is fine , i reloaded all my website from the host , i deleted all my data and install all from zero , but still the same problem , i change the demo , i choose another one , the theme change on other pages but the home page still with the theme that i choose the first time

Since i installed the new theme on my website, my adsense ads don’t appear in the posts, but only on the homepage.
When you watch the posts,the banners are visualized only few times.
I did an investiation and it could happen because of “rebots.txt”. How you can see, my robots.txt has good settinge.
How can i solve this problem?

i have just installed NewsMag on my http://www.veryimportantweb.com, the sport demo version. Now i have to customize the content. Actually i dont know how to manage or change the menu pages on the top of the home page (actually News, Sport Today, Tennis, WRC, Horse racint etc.).
Now the latest installed version is 7.0.27.

Install just theme zip, not the ‘all files’ zip.
Useful to unzip on your PC/Mac first to see what’s there before uploading. 🙂

I installed the TagDiv Social Counter in my wordpress. It works correctly on Twitter and instagram, but not on Facebook.
According to the instructions, I enter the Facebook ID, I enter the Facebook APP ID, I enter the Facebook Security KEY and when I click on Facebook Access Token I get a “please wait” message. It does not happen there.

I just installed the Newspaper theme and choose to upload the default demo content. However, the layout is off. The block grid at the top is showing 5 instead of 4 articles. Also, it’s like there is a sidebar missing as the first two news section are full width and the missing sidebar widgets show up lower down on the page. It seems this is only happening on the homepage.

after installing the Newsmag theme on my new WordPress installation just cant activate the theme after pasting envato purchasing code. Error message says “Too many requests from your IP. Please contact us via activate@tagdiv.com”

If the ads get delivered randomly, then the theme has nothing to do with it. The ad system renders the code. Maybe you have a caching issue that affects the ads. Please disable all caching for testing purposes and only use wp super cache and cloudflare afterwards.

@fratermaui That temporary fix will work, I have tested it before providing it. It will fix the issue with the captions on images, when the images are aligned right or left in the post content, on certain devices.
If you have the same issue and you made the suggested modification, example (same for alignleft)

Then it could be a caching issue. Try to clear all caching installed. If there is still an issue please provide a link to the website post where the issue is happening, so we can inspect it.

Visual composer does not need any activation, install it and use it. Ignore the activation messages, those cannot be removed from the bundled plugin version

If I understand correctly I need to:
– Add woocommerce plugin – done.
– Paste the code you provided in the text window – done.
But:
1. Shall I add this text in a New Page or in the Shop page generated by woocomerce?
I did both:
– in the default shop page it won’w work, for example I don’t see the welcome text;
– in the new page the welcome text is not stylised and I don’t have those nice black line dividers with the boxed text nor I have the sidebar as well as the featured image (in the demo page the lady smiling with the gloves).
What am I doing wrong? Please help.
PS: I have installed the animal demo theme and I don’t want to install another demo, if possible.

I would suggest to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, deactivate the child theme if used. Check or remove temporarily any custom code you might have added in the theme custom code sections, or directly in the theme files.

Everything is green in system status. I am also using shared hosting.
The only plugins I have turned on are Really Simple SSL, woocommerce, wp cache, yoast and Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd.
Perhaps I could try the visual composer instead? How would I go about activating it? It is installed but I do not see where I can activate it.

Test with no plugins active except theme plugins, remove theme modifications, deactivate child theme if used. Additionally try a theme reinstall by FTP

Note that the theme is tested with PHP versions up to 7.1 higher versions may cause issues.

Hi,
It seems to point to an advanced cache file in the wordpress install folder (wp-content). This could be from a different caching system and could affect the super cache. I could not say if you should remove it or not. I have not seen this issue before and also there are no mentioned of this online.
You could try to first backup that file (wp-content/advanced-cache.php) and remove it. Then check if the super cache works without any errors.

The footer is the same on both desktop and mobiles.
You seem to have a caching issue. That is why you cannot install wp super cache. Please try to install it on a wp default theme like twentysixteen and see if it works there.
