Hi, I’ve got many problems with tagDiv.
1. In Single Cloud Template – Travel PRO i try do upload from library an image on sidebar (image Ad tab), and it shows:
“Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

Hi We are soon launching a podcast. For the podcasts i want to use a custom layout different to the default blogposts.
The best way would be to use a custom post type. But it seems it’s not possible to use cloud templates with custom post types? (which is a shame).
What is your suggestion to show different templates for our podcast posts?
I have spent a couple of precious hours checking my configuration against https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and the NP System Status page seems to answer most of the system requirements. Those not included there, as far as I can see, are these: WP Memory Limit (my wp-config.php file contains no define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’ line, but the hosting package gives me a memory limit of 640mb) & MySQL (it’s 5.5).
Can you suggest what else is causing Cloud Templates save button to spin and not save?

I’ve been using Newspaper for 18 months but only had problems with non-save since starting to use cloud templates. Why does everything else – posts, pages save ok but cloud templates don’t? I am trying to create a footer and getting “Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” on many occasions, and no work can be done.
It sometimes occurs after first opening a cloud footer template or after working on one for some time. I have tried four different footer templates and a blank template – same problem.
Also, the footer often refuses to save, just spins.

I’m working on converting from the Standard Pack to Cloud Library Templates in the admin area of my staging site. Whenever I try to assign a Cloud Library template and hit ‘save’, the modal just keeps spinning and the changes don’t save.
For example, if you go to my staging site and click Newspaper>Theme Panel>Header and select the drop-down at the top that says “CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE”, if you try to change it from “No Template” to “Header Template 15” and hit save at the bottom, it will just spin indefinitely.
Not solved, my mistake.

I’m encountering this error, but for the life of me can’t figure out why. The error seems to be at
wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_mega_menu.php:116

Now, when I look at the code, it looks like the error is at
$modulo_posts = $modules_limit % intval((100/intval($modules_number)));
However, when I go to the editor, all my values are numerical and I don’t see what’s tripping things

I am still on version 8 and need the latest version 8. I tried upgrading to version 10 and lost all my styling and layout. As seen here;

WordPress plugin td-cloud-library and this plugin is using too much resource. Also, this plugin required an unsecured PHP Extensions…. please fix this issue.

Besides, I have 8 single post cloud template categorized. Once I enable infinte load for 1 template, it enables this feature for all single posts. Or disables for all single posts

Why does our site, seemingly randomly have this issue? We have followed all the specs for configs, limits, etc. Yet we continue to randomly see this error message:

That image is uploaded and available.
We have logo images in normal, retina, and mobile – all the same image.
Our system status is fine.
Nothing is being blocked in .htaccess.
We really can’t take it anymore. It’s ruining the experience on the site for mobile users.
What is making it hard to diagnose is that it seems to happen randomly. One second the error is there, the other it’s gone? I can view the PHP error log and it will have a scattering of error messages throughout the day.
We see endless support forum posts about people having problems like this with no real solutions.
Hi, I want to create the shadow effect of this template (https://cloud.tagdiv.com/header-template-46-fitness-pro/). I’m referring to the shadow between the header and the page. I’ve started from a blank header but I cannot replicate it.
The second question is about the vertical separator line between logo and search icon. How can i add it?

I’m assuming that this problem appear on posts that have set infinite loading, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.

All pro demos are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer, so you are using a single post templates this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can adjust it as you want -> https://i.imgur.com/eMV43pi.png use the right click to remove elements -> https://i.imgur.com/MVBO1sm.png after you remove all the elements from sidebar set the set row from 2 in 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/ofpISOQ.png
If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
The standard templates can be edited only with custom css and using the settings from theme panel.

The featured image can be set in the same way for posts and pages -> https://i.imgur.com/BhWaY2C.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ if you want to set a featured image for a category you can do it from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/EzM1zQj.png and you nee to have set a category template from tagDiv Cloud library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can set the category background image -> https://i.imgur.com/j1fYODw.png

I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!
