@marijnvdgruiter First please try to disable all your plugins except the tagDiv composer, clear any caching installed then try again. You could also try a fresh theme install using this method

There should be no reason for the composer to not work properly on a clean install uisng only the plugins bundles with the theme.
If you still cannot use the composer, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.

That sorting option is not available in the Visual composer that comes provided in the thee package. It would not be easy to add a new sorting option besides the default ones. Please try and use the available post sorting options for the blocks and widgets.

We cannot say exactly what features will be added. We will add multiple new blocks, grids, and elements to the composer in future releases.
Please as a note, do not use both builders on the same page.

Hi,

The Visual composer plugin is provided in the theme package, and updated along with the theme updates. There is no need to enter a license code, it is provided pre-activated. The activation messages can be ignored because it does not prevent you from using this editors features. When a new update for Visual composer is available, it will be available as soon as possible in a theme update.

If you have been using Visual composer for the posts, problems like this could happen when the tagDiv composer is activated. You should leave it disabled for now, and use Visual composer.

Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, remove all the untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Hi,

Those options are still available as usual in Visual composer. Please check in the plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer if you are not going to use it. Then double check the settings in Visual composer for the elements, clear any caching installed and check to see if everything is working as it should.

3) Prin builder-ul nostru nu am incercat sa copiem visual composer si de aceea anumite elemente nu se vor regasi ca de exemplu, tab-uri, acorioane sau alte galerii si grid-uri specifice de visual composer. In viitor vom adauga propriile noastre elemente.

4) Modificarea elementelor predefinite din footer nu este posibila dar este posibila eliminarea lor si inlocuirea lor cu alte elemente. https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/

5) Depinde de cod. Daca codul este un css, atunci cel mai probabil o sa mearga. Daca sunt modificari in fisierele temei, atunci acestea vor trebui adaptate la noul cod daca este cazul.

9) Nu recomandam editarea continutuilui cu ambele builder-e. Probabil te refereai la tagdiv composer, nu la visual . Daca nu, ar fi bine ca o pagina sa foloseasca un singur builder. Aceasta optiune functioneaza fara probleme pe toate platformele noastre: https://www.screencast.com/t/Eqg6Zpb9

Pentru cele 2 probleme referitoare la spatierea pe text with title si culorile pe news ticker te rugam sa ne contactezi pe email la contact@tagdiv.com si sa ne oferi un link, username si parola sa putem sa investigam problema direct pe site.

It could be a conflict with another plugin that you might have. You could try disabling them all except the two composers and check again.

Please notice that you should not use the both page builder simultaneously. If you are using the VC you should still use the VC and if you want to switch your page builder to TD Composer, you should only use our page builder to avoid conflicts between these. Notice that you cannot edit the page which was made with VC with TD Composer and vice versa.

@monoazulweb It could be the case that something went wrong when updating the theme. Please try to reinstall it using this method

Then check if any problems are still present, while having only Visual composer active. It could also be some custom code, or a child theme that you might be using.

Please try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed on your website the check if the weather widget is working properly. I have tested the widget also, but there are no problems with it. Maybe you have a plugin that could be causing this, or modifications to the theme.
