Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the CDN files if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, please try to identify what kind of plugin create this issue, disable all of them and install one by one and check which plugin generates the issue. Please try it without plugins. Disable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and check again. It could be a plugin conflict that causes it.

I suppose that your original size is different of this block and it becomes to original size (218 px) when the number of posts is 1…this is strange…and might be a conflict plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. If the problem is still there, after this advice, please let us know.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset cdn if you use it. Also if you have any modifications to your logo, please check them as well and try it without modifications as well.

Please try to reinstall the theme via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and make sure you try it without other plugins. Disable all of them and then install visual composer. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and regenerate your thumbnails using the force regenerate plugin. Normally this error appears when images are smaller than the container in the big grid but I see large images still being ‘cut’ so it could be a plugin conflict.

Each demo content is using a different CSS source and it is possible to cause same conflicts with your plugins used. We have a list of tested plugins and we recommend to use all of them because do not produce conflicts with our theme. This list you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/AoPtEGlpNgA If you use others plugins, we cannot provide support for this untested plugins and is possible to appear some errors. You have to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer and install one by one and check what the plugin may produce this error and try to replace it with another plugin with the same function.

Please make sure you update the theme to the latest version and try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset CDN if you use it. Plugins could interfere with the sidebars. Also check your widgets area and see if you have any widgets set to your sidebar.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset cdn if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict that is causing the sidebars to disappear. Also check if you have any spoecial characters in the sidebar you created. WP only allows standard characters. non language specific ones or symbols such as !@#$%^&. Even – or _ sometimes caused issues.
