I’m trying to place an ad on sidebar using tagdiv composer > element > image ad, but for some reason its not working and also some media images are not showing up in the media library, it’s showing blank. Please see screen recording here

A shortcode can be inserted in our theme only by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. Now, it’s possible to be a plugin conflict there, but you can make a test on a test page.
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.

Access the homepage in frontend, edit it with the TagDiv Composer, click on the logo and make sure this setting is set as “HIDE”. Delete the logo text “Ani” and logo text tagline “Globe” from General tab.

The single_template_2 is a default templates and works only with the Standard Pack plugin.
If you’ll use the cloud single templates, then you can deactivate the Standard Pack plugin and you’ll have no error.

I’ve checked your website on mobile and I couldn’t see those issues.

Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Also, make sure that the TagDiv Composer is saving the changes you applied.

I’ve checked your website and yes you have 6 H1 tags. You can disable the H1 from the TagDiv Composer, verify the settings for every logo element from the homepage: https://prnt.sc/K9Pm3QcKVtzi
So, you have H1 for: logo, mobile logo, sticky, block title and also the logo in the footer.

Try to install the plugin Classic Widgets by WordPress and see the results.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar in the tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

Hello, there is any possibility to add Cloudflare streams support to the Tag Div Composer elemets. I was trying use in the video element and anythere and it is unfunctional. You are supporting just Youtube and Vimeo. But Cloudflare Stream are very good and quality video cloud and would be great if you add support.

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. Earlier since after 10.4 TagDiv Composer and TagDiv Cloud Library need to be updated and active. But tagDiv Standard Pack plugin seems to be something new that needs to be installed and activated?

1. If you use cloud templates, then we recommend you to have the logo set in the TagDiv Composer. Actually, there is no difference, but the theme panel is useful for default templates.

I tried editing the single post template with tag divcomposer but it wouldn’t save no matter what I do, so I decided to uninstall it, after doing so, I couldn’t even find the template again in div cloud, it was as though it never existed. been having series of issues from this point, could you check out what is the issue? I am using a prebuilt website template(name is: CRYPTO PRO), I can see single post templates for other templates but not for this particular template to match.
PS: I can edit other cloud templates in this prebuilt.

we’ve increased the memory limit within the wp-config.php file for the server and also tried to downgrade to the older version but its still giving the same issue. Please check this.
I have the same issue. This is what AIOSEO wrote me:
Our dev team investigated this further and we found that this error is coming from a plugin called “tagDiv Composer” which is pre-installed with the Newspaper theme from tagDiv.
Their plugin is using Vue in development mode and this is causing issues not only with AIOSEO but with any plugin that uses Vue Router. This seems to be a problem with their latest version and downgrading your theme to an older version should fix the issue.
Please reach out to your theme author (tagDiv) here and let them know that their plugin is breaking your site. They should be able to fix this from their end.

1. What is the difference in adding logo from tagdiv composer and adding logo from the Theme Panel> logo and favicon section ? Also, there is a section to add text logo, what actually is needed.
2. Do I need to add Retina Logo and Normal Logo together ?
3. Can I edit the article content as well from the tagdiv composer directly, If Yes, how to do it ?
4. I am using gadget magazine template, please could you tell me how to change the background image from the footer came with the prebuilt template ?
5. Do I need to use ads from the tagdiv composer or form the theme panel ?
