I’m using the CPT UI Plugin to create some new Post type.
I see the new post types categories and sub-categories in both Theme panel>Categories and Theme panel>CPT&Taxonomy (so everything seems to be ok?!?!), but what is driving me mad is:
– why I can’t see the tagDiv Composer editor into those new posts type? (made with CPT UI Plugin)
– how/where to apply/set the “template” to those new posts type?

Problem with footer, infinity scroll
I have a problem with my theme footer in my site. It doesn’t apear right in my site (like it runs in the backround and when i try to edit the footer with td composer it doesn’t let like the footer doesn’t exists). When i imported a footer from cloud templates it seems like the theme footer runs also at the same time in the backround an there are a lot of conflicts and my site breaks down in many places and it slows down also…
Also in the infinity scroll of my single post from the second article and scrolling down there is a lot of blank gap from article to article, and the comments does’t appear at all (only in the first article they apear and from the second and scrolling down the don’t apear and there is a big blank gap in there place).
Also when you scroll down from the second article and down the sidebar stops to sticky, and it doesnt follow the flow of scrolling down.

Hi, I have updated the theme however 2 mistake occured. I couldn’t activated the tagdivcomposer. (I have tried it manually and result doesnt change)
This following error message has occured.

Just adding this in case others have a similar query:
This was resolved with help of support via email. To fix this, I had to add this line in /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/loop-single.php:
<?php echo $td_mod_single->related_posts(); ?>
Put the above line just after the article end tag, around line 66, which looks like this: </article> <!-- /.post -->

I create a new page and when I click the button “TAGDIV COMPOSER” I get the error message

Why?
Although when adding one element ex. title and then save the page and I get the following error https://ibb.co/yfWxWh1
I have to mention that the site was in different domain xxx.website and now the site is in xxx.com as you can see there are a lot of errors.
How can be fixed?
This looks fustrating close to 24hourd I purchase the theme and I can’t use it especially on them panels and composers even the demo Content I can’t reedit it using td_composer or theme panel saving everything is just making me worried.
As shown above my comments after clicking on theme panel and done with necessary settings now to save it I will have to wait for all 24 hours and it will never tick that I saved it. The tag div composer also on the side also always save at times but show error code at times . Please I need your assistance on this I have done all the requirements per instructions and it green indicated so I still don’t know what to do and my host is bluehost and I have no trouble with my host then why is it configurable please try respond on time because you’re replying lately.

Same over here I can’t use the theme panel I have all requirements on green mode pls tag div composer also not working
I’m trying to update to 10.3.5 and it won’t work. I’ve tried 3 times and now have to restore a site backup.
I spoke to you before about how the automatic updates don’t work and you told me to do it manually.
I’ve been doing this successfully but now it won’t work even manually.
It won’t let me update the composer plug-in. I’ve attached 2 screenshots.
These updates are a massive waste of my time. I need a theme where I can press a button and it updates without fail. Fix this asap please or I’ll have to use another theme that doesn’t waste my time and actually works properly.

When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin, this is a free plugin and tested with our theme, also we have a guide for the settings you should do -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate them and make a test.
Also using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

All PRO demos can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/ only standard demos can not be entirely edited with the them builder.
For the problem “Invalid Template Type”:
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots,.

Yes you can, you need to set a background image or color and set this option in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/DYEbqz1.png after that you need to edit the cloud header using tagDiv Composer click on menu and click on header menu in tagDiv Composer, in css tab set margin right and left auto and set the width that you want to have -> https://prnt.sc/t2nuxt

Hi, first sign something was wrong was the entire site including WordPress toolbar displaying in Italics.

I noticed an update needed for Newspaper theme in 10.3.5 and completed that. tagdiv composer plugin did not complete and showed as an ajax error. As per recommendation I then loaded the plugin manually.
The site layout settings I slaved over appear to be gone!
-The site logos are all gone
-The colour and font settings have all reverted back to ‘default’ from what I had them set to
-All the fonts were in italics
-Blocks that did fit four articles in a row are now pushing one article over to form a new line
In addition:

Notice the THINK BE DO COVET text all the same

This is just the issues I’ve found so far ….
What is the best next step for me now. Do I roll back to a backup and hope the update doesn’t break the site again?
Most importantly, how do I avoid my site completely breaking again at future updates.

Unfortunately the newsletter element can be use only with tagDiv Composer, also we do not recommend to use more then one builder on the same page.

If these companies will have its own pages then the templates will not help, because the pages need to be make with a builder (tagDiv Composer), only if these are posts can be assigned cloud templates.
Also if the templates need to be different one by other, then this is the only way, to use cloud template.
