Hello fergusga,
This usually happens because of lazy load animation which’s script conflicts with some of the installed plugins and also, your plugins might cause a conflict with this in the latest update. You can make a test…if you will disable all your plugins, except Visual Composer, of course, and activate the lazy load, this kind of issue should not appear on your side.
Thank you for your message!
Hello Promyk,
We recommend installing only the plugins that come bundled with the theme because these plugins are tested with our theme. It is possible to be a new version of the plugin available, but it might not work properly with our theme. When the theme has a new version, this will come with the correct version of plugins.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi
I am not sure why this happens but you can try to deactivate all plugins, except Visual Composer, just to be sure that there is no conflict with some other plugin, clear all caches and test again. Also you can try to make a local fresh new install, just with WordPress, the theme and the Visual Composer plugin then check if the problem is still there.
Thanks!
Hi Bogdan, disabling the latest plugin installed everything works. Thank you.
Hello,
The envato toolkit sometimes causes errors so the best way to update is through FTP. The best way to update would be to remove your previous version and install the new. Your method works as long as you can replace old files with new ones. If you replace the files changed from 6.5 to 6.6.2 and add the new ones, it should work. Just remember to replace style.css for the theme version.
Thank you!
Hello rentaguide,
First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. You should update to your Visual Composer to ultimate version (4.8.1). Also, you can read this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
After this changes, if your problem is still there, please try to update your theme to ultimate version.
Before to update, please backup the whole current theme installation as well as the database and wp install: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
After this, you can use the ftp method from theme’s update guide to uploading theme’s files and remove the previous theme files before uploading the most recent ones then test this again and let us know how it goes.
You can find a video tutorial on how to do this in theme’s update guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Greetings,
We have been using Newsmag for almost a full year. Great theme! Seeing 20k visitors and 44k pageviews a month.
Quick question, our /upload folder has grown in size considerably. Are there any suggestions on how to manage the large image library that we have accumulated? @neotrope (Chris S) ?
We have 510 posts and 42 pages. http://bit.ly/1AOikBD
Our image library has 4,602 items in it.
The theme makes about 18 copies of each image for use in the theme and different display ports, but this has really added up to a problem on disk. Our install is currently at almost 10gb on disk.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to curb this beast?
Can we turn off some of the display sizes the theme uses or creates? How can we go back and delete only certain sizes?
Thank you.
Hi all,
I’ve recently installed userpro, and have almost managed to sort it out.
On WordPress, I set up the fact that you need to be logged in to post a comment. It works with regards to the fact that if you are not logged in, you get the error message “You must be logged in to…”
How ever, when you click the link it takes you to the WP admin log in!
Inspecting the code, I can see that I just need to change the href link. Where can I find that to be able to change it?
Thanks!
I installed 6.6.2 and normal pagination fix.
Normal paging fully working. Big grid or without biggrid. But infinite loading or infinite loading + load more not working.
Hi Bogdan
I already read that part, in fact I installed the envato Toolkit and throws me an error, what Im going todo is replace the folder with the new version (kinda ftp version you have there) but directly on our linux box through cp (backing up the original folder previously), will this work?
Thanks for your support and have a great one
Kindest Regards
Hi,
Thank you for the answear.
I know how to install the theme & plugins first time, but don’t know how the procedure looks like when there is the new theme version (and plugins bundled in it). When I update the theme (I know how to update the theme only) should I update the plugins also every time ? There is no information that the plugins are outdated in the admin.
Regards,
Rafal

Hello,
I have the same concerns as you on Infolites.fr.
What plugins do you have installed on your wordpress ?
See if I have the same and if it is one that causes the problems.
Friendships , Yann .
Hello koliman,
If you want to have this option, please try to update your theme to the new version. Always make a full backup of your current installation – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and then do a clean update, meaning that we recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ update also the plugins that come with the theme files from the /plugins folder. In the “how to update” guide is specified that you will have to run the script that will import from database your settings.
Thank you for the message!

Hello Promyk,
Our theme comes bundled with 5 plugins. After installation of the theme, you have to install these from plugins section, like this: http://screencast.com/t/ZxRhCRfF
Thank you for the message!
I have made two things – nothing changed:
1. Replaced your mentioned files
2. Installed newest version theme 6.6.2
Hello,
You will need to download the latest version of our theme from themeforest as wordpress 4.4 created a few issues.
Facebook changed a few things also and now you need to update your social counter to the latest version by removing the one you have installed and install the new one that comes with the theme. Please follow this tutorial to see how to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m not sure why you get the error but you might want to check out this topic on how to set up WP on your localhost: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-on-your-windows-computer-using-wamp/
You can also use xamp instead: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-install-wordpress-locally-for-pcwindows-with-xampp/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have just installed the latest patch. Prior to this my site was working fine but after the upgrade if I look at my site (http://honestcarreviews.com) none of the post images load. If I look at the posts themselves the featured images and all others are set correctly.
Nothing else has changed, please help!
Graham
Hello StockFanatic,
You should update the theme and install Visual Composer that come bundled with our theme. The update will come with new version of Visual Composer. For more information about how to update Visual Composer, please check here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ .
Thank you for the message!
Hello,
You have in the Newspaper Theme 5 plugins.
Do I need to install the plugins separatelly or it’s installing automatically during the theme update ?
Regards,
Rafal
Hello NickSi,
Please provide your URL website so I can inspect it closer. Also, please provide more details about your problem. (some screenshots would be useful). I need to know these details so I can be able to provide a more accurate response. Before this, please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try again.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hello slawtenko,
Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.2, otherwise, please update the theme. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ This problem with category pagination it was solved in last updated.
Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.1 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.
You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
