We recently had a problem with malicious files on our website that affected the display. Our Newspaper theme was not current. The host techs had us delete Newspaper theme so we could then re-install it. I deleted the theme but could not find newspaper theme in WordPress’s theme search. Where can I find Newspaper theme, so I can reload to the current version? Thank you.

I posted that request on Friday and at the same time sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com. Got an answer on the forum that the support agreement did not cover help to make my website faster. My problem is not that I need help to make eStudie.no faster. My problem is that Newspaper stopped working on November 30th. Until then, eStudie.no ran as normal. Now it takes 1-2 minutes to load one of eStudie.no’s pages. Why???

I have not made any changes to eStudie.no in advance of the problems. Haven’t installed anything either. Have checked all the files. No hackers have been inside and changed any files. Have also tried to restore several backups without success. Also deactivated all plug-ins without this helping. When I switched to another theme, eStudie.no runs as normal again. When I switch back everything stops again. Why???

Since my page runs as normal when I change the theme, my guess is that there must be something wrong with Newspaper. That is why I am addressing you.

I had a conversation with users who use the existing Newspaper theme about the problem.

However, no users are using the Real News demo.
Other external plugins cannot be applied to the POST template applied to the Real News demo. Also, when selecting Post template STYLE, the sidebar is empty and is not user-definable. This is an obvious bug. help solve the problem

Can you tell me how to make it compatible with the existing newspaper paywall screen in its current state or to modify it like a second screen?
① How to delete the shopping cart picture
② I want to make the bottom box fill up the screen and put the price (subscription fee) inside the box.
③ Otherwise, I hope it works in the same way as the news paper paywall.

And do I need to delete the plugin if I don’t want to use the newspaper subscription method? I wonder if there is any risk of crashing.

I’ve installed the pre-built Newsweek Pro theme, but cannot see how to edit the menu, to change the image/text that shows.

My website – https://etudie.no – has now become incredibly slow. Takes a very long time to load the page. The problem occurred on the evening of November 30. At the time I thought it was a network problem, but when the problem continued on 1 December I realized there must be something wrong with the website. Have been troubleshooting the problem ever since. I haven’t made any changes that might explain the problem.

I have tried disabling all my plug-ins. It didn’t help. Still same problem. Then installed another theme to see if it was a server issue. First my website crashed when I changed the theme. Then had to run back a backup and try again. Got it right and the website then ran normally again, even with all plug-ins archived. I have thus concluded that the problem is not due to any conflicts with a plug-in.

I have then tried to reinstall Newspaper. First through WordPress. Then by extracting the files directly on the server. That didn’t help either. The websites are still running extremely slowly. Also tried switching between PHP 8.1 and 7.4. My conclusion is therefore that there must be something wrong with the Newspaper theme. I have now purchased this support agreement to help get my website back up and running. Need help now. Don’t have any more ideas to try, except to emigrate to another theme (which I don’t want).

The strange thing about this is, we have a german and english site on this domain, all is fine on the german startpage (same installation, same plugins, same wp version, same theme).

I tried to uninstall all tagdiv plugins and installed the plugins again. Still error!
I deactivated all plugins (only tagdiv plugins was active). Still error!

Hi everyone, I created and installed the child theme after the installation.
Now I am trying to change logo from the theme panel, or changing the theme colours.
I saved but when I go to view the results, nothing changed.
For example I also tried to disable the login bar on the header, I still see it.
