Come on guys, you don’t have a single Video explaining this, and all the documentation I can find is clear as mud. There are only TWO places to “edit this Mega Menu” which comes packaged with the theme, but neither of these places will actually ALLOW EDITS, all I can do is Delete the entire thing or Add New Cloud item. How do you edit the INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS of the cloud item? Where is the “cloud item editor?” I want to EDIT EXISTING, which appears to be impossible at this point. Did you build this Mega Menu outside the theme and now I have to go edit some .php file or get into the CSS?

WHERE IS THE EDITOR for all these prepackaged components? When you go into Edit with DivComposer, you can’t edit anything in Mega Menu! You CANNOT drag in new articles, you cannot edit the Text anywhere. How do you get “text before categories” in the Mega menu, when you cannot see this text ANYWHERE.

This is all VERY confusing and not well documented. Basically you have shown something in the Theme which we cannot do, and this part is NOT intuitive. I can figure out the rest easily except Mega Menu. We have NO idea how you built this Mega Menu the way it comes out of the box. We cannot Edit it, that is for sure! There are NO CLEAR step-by-step instructions for a “complete idiot” who has never seen one of these! You need to write instructions for people who have never seen WordPress and never installed a Theme!!
That has not addressed the issues. WHERE is it coming from? This is a brand NEW, spotless clean install of WP and your theme. Literally out of the box! You should be digging deeper, because this was a very persistent object and I could not get rid of it, no matter what I did. I am trying to isolate the CAUSE of this rogue image, and I was looking for your help with that. It appeared immediately when I created my first post, and appeared EVERYWHERE, corrupting the entire site.
THAT IS A VERY BIG DEAL!! The only way I could get rid of it was to turn off every feature on every page in the Theme Panel, which tool 30 MINUTES. I still haven’t turned everything back on.
I was hoping for a deep investigation by the Developers. What you are seeing here in my screenshot SHOULD NOT HAPPEN, and it has never happened in my career 🙂

I am very happy with your template Newspaper, I have bought and installed it on two sites already. But now there is a curious thing going on. On the home page of one site I made (https://www.dutch20.nl/) the ajax categories dropdown filters are not working as intended.
I filter the posts on my homepage (a Block 11 element) on 1 specific category and use the ajax categories dropdown filters to be able to filter through the subcategories. It all shows how it is supposed to, but when I click on a dropdown filter (you can check it live) it does not work as intended.
Instead of only showing the posts of that subcategory, it shows all posts of all categories. What can be wrong in the setup here? I hope you can help me. If you need more information, I am happy to give it.

If you want to update the theme I recommend that you update the theme via FTP/cPanel on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.

Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.

Please make sure the theme panel is saving the option Mobile + AMP and that you have both plugins installed and active: AMP & Mobile Theme.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

To prevent your website to be hacked indeed is not enough only to install the theme, you’ll need to add extra settings and plugins for security. For this you can check this guide:

I previous had a very simple theme installed to test out RSS Aggregator – Feed to Post. I then used http://www.zapier.com integration to allow a tweet to be created and sent each time a wordpress post was published. This would send a tweet that displayed the “Title”, “My Custom Text”, and a “Link”. Through the integration zapier would pull the featured image in the post and create a box that showed the image and functioned as a link to the post.
Upon switching to Newspaper theme and beginning to learn how to use it my zapier integration has stopped displaying the featured image on my created tweets. It simply has the link url. Can anyone point me in the right direction to correct this? I have the exact same settings through the RSS Aggregator plugin as I did previously and nothing has changed with my Zapier integration, only the theme.

Well, today I noticed something strange. In Theme Panel, in the “Welcome” section, now appears “Prebuilt Website Installed: News Magazine”, but it was always the “Newspaper Pro” theme (https://prnt.sc/26utpqm).
I also noticed something, “Newspaper Theme” always appears on the site https://www.wpthemedetector.com/, and now it just says “It was not possible to detect the WordPress theme in https://gay.blog.br, although WordPress was detected on that website.”
And looking further, I found this link of yours (https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-vs-newsmag-how-to-choose-the-perfect-wordpress-theme-for-your-project/) that says: “tagDiv Cloud Library is a gallery of pre-made design templates that are entirely customizable. This option is available only with the Newspaper theme.”
Is it possible that my theme got misconfigured from “Newspapper” to “Newsmag” with the last update? If yes, how to fix this?

Found it. I installed Elementor and it made the mega menu stop working…. disabled and it works. 🙂
When I install pre-built theme Gadget Pro, I still see the old theme. I tried installing and uninstalling the theme numerous times and nothing happens. I made a new Page and tried to install it again and still the same thing.
I even reset the theme panel, deleted the old Page completely and I am still seeing the old theme. I don’t know how that would be possible.
Please advice.

I found a bug in the latest version of the theme.
I am using the Tech news demo and installed the required plugins like composer, cloud, newsletter and mobile theme.
While the above plugin activated, the option – Enable/Disable Mobile Theme on a single page breaks the layout on the mobile devices but when the tagDiv Mobile Theme is deactivated, it works fine.

I have tried deactivating, deleting existing plugins, and installing them again but no fix.

Thanks, I’ve got the required plugins installed. I was hopeful that the tagdiv Standard Pack would help because my theme panel now lacks all of the templates (header/footer/etc.) that I used to be able to toggle between but now I’ve installed the Standard Pack and I don’t see any difference, still none of my previous choices. So frustrating.
Install a plugin while they fix the problem, im using https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/ plugin and is working very well, almost the same like the one of tagdivi.
Is a temporally fix while they fix it.
