The theme can be activated on a testing domain, there will be no problem doing so. According to Envato license terms, the theme license can be used on a single final product (website)

So a testing environment or local private install will not be a violation of the terms.

I have the Newspaper v11.2 with WordPress v5.81 and for me the problem do not appears -> https://i.imgur.com/QCS89RH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XQB8iSa.png maybe it is from a low php version, or for some extra plugins. Also if you want you can make a test by disabling and deleting all tagDiv plugins and reinstall them from Newspaper > plugins.
Also I fount on internet more similar topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/403-forbidden-error-on-widgets/ so it also can be a change in the widget section from WordPress.

The error is related if you use the single template 7 from the tagDiv Standard pack, and is possible for this plugin to be deactivated. Please re-install and activate the tagDiv Standard Pack Plugin and clear all cache.

I have inserted a page break block in Gutenberg. It shows correctly on edit mode, but when I switch to page view, the pagination is not available.

After Enabling the WPML plugin I cannot use the tagdiv composer for anything that concerns the use of Headers and footer. I can only use the tagdiv composer for the main body. If I disable the WPML plugin then I can use the tagdiv composer for the header and footer. But when I activate the WPML again my header and footer are changing to another theme and the language selection disappears/not functioning.

I understood that you had the mobile theme activated, right?
Usually, this problem is when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. If you didn’t change anything in the theme files and you just set a category template and you got that error message, then it can be from a plugin conflict or it is possible that some of theme plugins to not be correctly installed. Please disable and delete all tagDiv plugins and re-install them from Newspaper> plugins and see if the problem is still persisting when you use the fresh theme plugins without extra plugins.
In case that the problem is still persisting, then we need to investigate it, for this please make sure that you have a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access.

If the ads appears only when you are not logged, then this is not a theme problem and it is a cache problem (most of the time it get solved by cleaning all cache), you can make a test disable all cache you have on your website and check again. When the cache is work correctly it should display the same thing for logged and un-logged user.

First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all data about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.

I do not know how to do a test using the tagdiv Plugin. I deleted all the blocks and just using thee lower part of the site from when I installed it.

I found some raw code before you go into the tagdiv composer that has the word “advertisement”. So perhaps there is something there but obviously doesnt show up in the composer. I reinstalled all the plugins and it hasnt helped to show them. Can someone please help my urgently.

However, here is the exact message we are receiving when we try to load in any of your demo content (ex. pages, sections, templates).

In our opinion, loading up a new theme and loading in demo content should be an easy experience. We’ve seen recurring resource issues on our sites using the Newspaper theme which has caused them to load slowly or time out on some occasions.
I installed NewRelic to monitor the performance which identified the issues were usually spikes in MYSQL transactions, most of these seem to be post_meta select calls, with TD composer and TD WP booster legacy consuming the most time.
Are there any steps we can take to optimise the Newspaper plugins or disable the legacy booster if it is no longer required?
