Hello!
Ok, I get it. We will investigate the issue and try to find a fix as soon as possible.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @roc-100!
For this element, there is no setting like that. Add the element called Mobile menu for example. Please provide more information about question 2 via email, so I can check the settings you did there.
Thank you!
Hello @tw144!
If you sent an email, then we will take a look and reply to you as soon as possible.

Hello @sekhar!
Access the category pages from your website and click on the green button “Edit with the TagDiv Composer“.
This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If the problem occurs, then make sure you haven’t extra non-tagdiv plugins which are not tested with our theme and re-install the Mobile theme plugin.
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Thank you!
Hello @enforcia!
The exclusive tags appears automatically when you have set a Locker: https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/
You can customize the tag when you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer from the elements like flex blocks, posts loop.
Thank you!
Hello @ferhatacc!
Please let’s continue the discussion in your own topic and please provide more information about your issue or which element you’re trying to delete such as screenshots or a video, so I can help you efficiently there.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @ferhatacc!
This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/can-not-delete-rows-tagdiv-composer/
Thank you!
Hello @roc-100!
1. When you edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the hamburger menu and choose the menu you need from select menu. You can build the menu from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus.
If this is not helping you, then please let me know the name of the element you use for that hamburger menu.
2. If you mean excerpts, then please try to set the paragraphs exactly how you like to display on your website: https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/(last image)
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use default templates, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active after the update. Also, try to reinstall the tagdiv Cloud Library plugin.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
You can adjust them by accessing every viewport from the TagDiv Composer.

Hello Paul!
1. You can use our blocks, for example big grid or flex blocks. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/big-grid-flex-settings/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello @nick_lse!
Unfortunately, there is no option in order to achieve this. But, you can try to apply some CSS there: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thank you!
Hello @FrasL!
If you use the Mobile Theme + AMP, then you should set the transparency from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Theme colors -> Mobile menu -> Gradient color: https://prnt.sc/5KQ0rT0Va7l4
Otherwise, you can set the transparency from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Theme colors -> Mobile Menu/ Mobile Search -> BACKGROUND GRADIENT COLOR.
Thank you!
Hello @mode8.jp!

Check this article, it could help you: https://www.andraware.com/wp-rocket-for-newspaper-theme/
We recommend using only one cache plugin, the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Thank you!

Hello @gp_media!
Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the TagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/6xLVMmlsY ; https://www.screencast.com/t/zWHrRmK1LQC ; https://www.screencast.com/t/vuFdT9Stx ; https://www.screencast.com/t/DWbSf3qj ; https://www.screencast.com/t/QuHyGccTK71v
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hello @KasperMeisterhaft!
It shouldn’t cause any trouble. I recommend you to try this method for the theme installation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Make sure that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem persists, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
It shouldn’t cause any trouble. First of all, please make sure you have a full backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
I recommend you to make a full backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If you use default templates, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active after the update.
Also, we can help you to update the theme and plugins safely. Please contact our custom work team here and they can help you: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you!

Hello @kimstipguide!
It is a bit hard, but not impossible. You should remember where and which the element you hidden. While you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, press CTRL + right-click, choose “Inspect”. There try to find the placeholder of the element and uncheck the line with display:none!important and the element will appear in the TagDiv Composer, so you can change the settings from Hidden to Show. Please check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/XPx8bPNC
Thank you!
Hello @MeghaRajpara!
You need to take into account many factors:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.

You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
