Hi,
It seems to load very poorly indeed. The caching plugin is recommend to be used with these settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
And this Cloudflare configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If you say the server configuration is more than enough
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Then there should be no problems of this kind. Something is causing this slow loading speed. We have not had any bad reports about this, it must be something on your configuration.
Thanks
Hi,
This is an unusual problem. A theme re-install should fix this problem you are having. Try downloading the theme package again and use it to install the theme by FTP. Deactivate any child theme you might have, to rule this out. The mentioned option should display in the theme panel. If you have already tried this with no result, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can inspect the issue. Also paste a link to this topic.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check in Theme panel->Ads and remove the code if present from the header ad section. Also the code could be inserted by a plugin, please try and disable them all except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and check again.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website, and I see that you have RTL installed. The theme does not support RTL direction at the moment, some elements will not work properly and problems like this will happen. If you want to customize the theme so it may work and display without problems in this situation, you will have to make changes to multiple elements and classes. The problem that happens with the menu is a direct result of RTL. Please try the code provided below and see if this works for you – https://www.screencast.com/t/11MiKvhTVbjJ
It must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css section
#td-mobile-nav {
position: fixed;
}
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve installed mobile theme plugin.
1. Is there any other mobile menu format I can choose?
2. If not, how can I change the icon such as meun and magnifying glass and so on. How can I change the position of those icon. I want to move them both to right side.
my site is http://blog.newswire.co.kr/
Thank you for your support.
I found the problem. It was the Google Tag Manager for WordPress Plugin.
Without using a plug in, what would be the best way to install Google Tag Manager?
Google Tag Manager asks me to do two things:
1. Paste some GTM code as high in the <head> of the page as possible.
2. Additionally, paste addtional GTM code immediately after the opening <body> tag

I run WordPress Multisite. On all of my sites on Multisite, visual composer works perfectly. But on a new site that I added to my Multisite, Visual Composer does not appear when I go to build a new page on the site.
The url of this new site is LWOS.life.
Is the problem to do with needing to update Visual Composer?
Am I using an outdated copy of the theme?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Hello Gustavo,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and then, ensure that you have installed it according to our documentation via FTP, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and also, your PHP version do not have to be greater than 7.0, very important.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
The issue with the Facebook token was fixed in the latest update. Please download the latest theme package, remove the social counter that you are currently using, and install the one from the package. Then clear any caching installed, and the browser cache. Example for chrome
– https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
After doing this, try and configure the social counter again using the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
It should work properly now.
Thanks
Hello Adrian L.,
I guess that your theme installing it was not done correctly. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
sorry, the theme is installed on http://alefbaco.com/news and the problem occurs when opening website by an android phone.

Thanks Simion!!!
I went ahead and installed Live CSS JS Code Editor plugin and it makes making changes much easier.
Thanks!
Hi,
@nuvoledibellezza You just need to insert the images in the post content in full size, then they will be displayed accordingly. From what I can tell the images you are using are too small when displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/N2kF6P7z4Y
These images should have a minimum width of 1068px as explained by Bogdan and I see that you have selected the full size when inserting them but the result is not as intended.
Maybe the content is served from a cache you might have installed and you just need to clear it to refresh the content. Also a plugin could be interfering with the images. You could try as a test to disable all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and check to see if the images display as they should in this case, in full. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hello Sabrqq,
I suggest you making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If you are using some untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello jorgejimenezco,
We recommend installing the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ You simply download the latest theme version from theme forest and then, you should follow the steps from our useful guide theme installation.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I have inspected your website but you do not seem to have the Newspaper theme installed at the moment, so we can see the issue you are having. Maybe the link you provided is wrong, I cannot resolve the issue since I do not see it. If you are having the problem you describe, try testing while having all your plugins deactivated except the ones that are provided in the theme package.
Thanks
is Newspaper 7 nearly completely disabled by not installing Visual Composer?
Hello for all, i found the solution,
The NewsPaper Theme is perfect and the problem is not in template.
The problem is in Server, you can check to theme system status, and you can find the “mbstring” missing on you php extensions, after 30 hours of searching on internet i didnt find the solution to fix this problem, when i compare with my friend website i fond that missing ‘mbstring’ on my server and i contact to server administration to install this extension on server the problem is gone.
I deserve a reward from TagDiv for this solution 😀 😀 😀

Hello aberniz,
Check your Screen option from post editor and make sure that your Post Settings are checked, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/35cjtD2UTe Also, if this option is not there, I suggest you making a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way clear all your caches and check the results. Also, you should check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello TomasCabezuelo,
The recommended way in this regard is to re-install all used plugins after you have updated your theme. The code which you have in your child theme will not be overwritten by your updating. Also, you should check the child theme version to be the latest one which comes bundled with the theme core file.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello kalapapla,
I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache if you have one installed, then use this guide to regenerate your thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
The theme creates the thumb sizes used on the blocks from the featured image you set for the post, maybe something is interfering with this process, try the regeneration tool and it should recreate the thumbs needed.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
To remove the social counter from your page, all you need to do is to open the page in the Visual composer editor, and simply remove it – https://www.screencast.com/t/Q5mD661aLu
Then follow the installation steps for the widget you want to to display on your page, instead of the social counter.
Thanks
Well, ideally you should have a copy of the theme you downloaded from ThemeForest for $50 or whatever.
So, why not simply reinstall the portion you broke?
Also good time to learn to make backups prior to editing anything.
Also good time to disable the ability to edit core files via the WP admin, and only edit files on your local PC and then upload via FTP, so you have “versioning” backups to fix problems/mistakes.
if you paid somebody to setup/edit your site, don’t they have back up of what t hey did, and didn’t they give you a zip file of their edited version before uploading on the website you have? That is common practice when paying a third party to edit stuff.
I don’t work here, just some food for thought.
