You need to make sure that all your templates are from cloud, this can be done easily if you install a pro demo, but before this please make a full backup. (steps to disable the standard pack).
The second method required some more time, but is better. What you need to do is to import the cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and assign them (replace the homepage, category, author posts, header, footer,.. templates ). After all those are done, disable the tagDiv Standard Pack, if there are no shortcode on website, then you replaced all standard elements, but if there are, the set back that plugin and replace that element.
Also you can make those changes on subdomain and when everything is done just transfer theme on live website.

Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed and active (Newspaper -> Plugins).
I recommend you to use the Flex Block and Big Grid Flex https://i.imgur.com/1PUHK0V.png Block which gives you more adjustment and flexibility options than blocks (1-25) from tagDiv Standard Pack.

I’m not referring to make a new cloud template from search page, what I mean is a test using only tagDiv plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/7oGcKEJ.png because it is possible to have installed some extra plugins that can interfere, this should also verify the problem with TGM.

Usually if you set margins, on elements then the width of the element will changed, but if is a padding, then it should make the elements width smaller with the padding width.

All I needed was to re-install tagDiv Composer and it worked.
You also made an update NEWSPAPER – VERSION: 11.3.1 which worked too.
But the current update made the modified dates not to show on Google.

Hi yonish3, I just tested on my install and for me is working correctly, so it may be something with our install. Did you test it using only the tagDiv plugins? Maybe this s a plugin conflict.

Hello guys. I installed newspaper theme. it looked like everything is ok. Then I started to build home page and I was getting for some reason this error. Error at rows: 3(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z). Do you know why happens this?

Are you suggesting I work on the search page and redo it so it just has tagdiv plugins? I haven’t changed whatever Newspaper Theme installed. I can poke around but I think what you are saying is create another Search page with tagdiv as the editor and then point search to that search page?
As far as the TGM, I have no idea what that is which makes it difficult for me to troubleshoot. I suppose the only thing I can do is deactivate all plugins and see if it clears and then start enabling one plugin at a time which stinks because then I have to reregister them but if it fixes it then I suppose its worth it.
If you can give me an idea on what you wanted me to do with the search page I would appreciate it. Thought it was pretty much just a blank page

I also have the problem that when I have the row split into two colums and add padding for the row on the left side, the right column suddenly is underneath the left one instead of staying in the same row. I never had that before. Usually the second column adjusts and stays in the same row.
I have installed the WPsupercahce plugin correctly according to the article provided in the support docs. However, when I make edits to the website in TagDiv composer, or make a post, it still doesn’t publish it live on the site. I need it to clear cache everytime so when I make updates and posts, it automatically publishes the new version. I have the checkbox selected for ‘Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated’ and it still doesn’t work. Please HELP
I would like to have my website optimized better for mobile. My site is super slow on mobile compared to desktop and trying to see if one of these plug ins would help? Do I need to install both or just 1? Also looking for the simplest option as I can’t add HTML codes, etc..

Hi,
The page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
What I recommend is to make a full backup to your website and install a pre pre-build website, after that disable tagDiv Standard pack, in this way you load some les resources and increase the some speed.

This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin and a cache plugin that is not configurate for mobile cache.
What you can do is to disable the mobile theme and use the responsive version, or if you prefer to keep the mobile theme plugin, then check the cache settings and in case that do not have a mobile cache try the WP Super Cache.

I just made a test and I installed the theme on PHP 8.0.13 and for me is working without problems -> https://i.imgur.com/CCFCPRM.png -> https://i.imgur.com/KCqQ5D2.png therefore I do not think that the problem is from the PHP version.

Hi ikaris, if the installing.. is not progressing, then most probably there are some errors in console. Usually, when this is happen it is do to a plugin conflict, so, please make a test using only tagDiv plugins, also, please make sure that all the theme requirements are set like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

1. disable tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
2. uninstall(delete) tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

5. activate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
