First, I would like to congratulate you on the beautiful website templates you created, I really fell in love with your templates, so I decided to buy them.
I’ve been a WordPress user for 10 years and I have other websites, however, with templates from other companies.
I’m a little (actually quite) sad because I’ve been trying to solve the problem below for 2 months without success.
As I’ve never had this problem, I just decided to ask for your help.
On my other sites, I usually use the WPBakery Page Builder plugin for editing, this is the first site I’m using the “TAG DIV”, and I don’t like it…
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION (IRRITANT):

THE MOST SHAMEFUL IS THAT THE PAGE WAS READY AT THE END OF APRIL, TOTALLY READY AND IN MAY/2021 I RECEIVED ADVERTISERS – THESE ADVERTISERS ARE SEEING THE PAGE ENTIRELY UNCONFIGURED, BECAUSE EVEN AFTER THE SITE IS READY, THESE ARE THESE SOME PAGES! THIS IS HURTING ME WITH ADVERTISERS AND VISITORS. I SPENT MONEY WITH DISSEMINATION ON SOICIA NETWORKS, I DIDN’T EXPECT THIS PROBLEM TO ARRIVE!
A few days ago i activate the AMP plugin by tagdiv and my current mobile disappeared, nothing can be done at all, the site is very unsupported to AMP, in the theme settings there is a mobile + amp option to implement my theme, but so far, neither the home menu is same as on the desktop I tried to create a new mobile page, I try everything. Please give advice.

Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly

Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and you use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Also, if you have other plugins activate, please disable them and see if the problem persists.

I am using the newsmag theme from tagdiv for my website. I’ve also installed the AMP plugin and Mobile Theme, but I have a question about “how to install ad code in AMP”.
When I tried to create a new ad unit specifically for AMP in my Adsense account, there I found 2 codes, namely 1 code that was told to paste between <head>code</head>, and the other in the <body></body> body tag.
For the ad code I already know where I should paste it, namely in the “Ad Auto AMP” bar in the Mobile Theme settings panel. Meanwhile, if the other code, which is asked to paste in the <head></head> section, where should I paste it?
Because I see the section in the AMP plugin settings or Mobile Theme there is no column or bar for code (meta tags)?

Please check again if the plugin is active, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If you have installed the last theme version10.4, please do these steps
1. disable all tagDiv plugins
2. uninstall all tagDiv plugins
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. re-install all tagDiv plugins again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
5. activate all tagDiv plugins
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

It seems you have Mobile Theme plugin installed and active, then you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads -> Article ads.

From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin, so please uninstall it. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Mobile menu works properly on mobile view from a desktop, but on smartphones and tablets pages don’t fully load. Progress stops at around 40-50% so neither sticky columns nor mobile menu work. When clicking on mobile menu icon, pages just shrink, a border appears around pages and menu doesn’t show up. No mobile menu plugin installed, tried to disable all plugins, tried WP Super Cache but nothing works. This is the site http://www.cpiagenova.it

I have installed the style pro prebuilt website. When selecting the mega menu the drop down is not centered and on the left side you can see the photo below and on the left side the mega menu is shifted to the right. It is a matter of 0.5 pixels but it is not centered and looks unpleasing. I’m dealing with an issue where when I make a post the image appears blank but when I click the photo it suddenly loads. Basically, the entire blog post looks imageless unless I click on to the photo. At first it happened on the mobile version only. Then when I turned on AMP is started happening to the desktop version. I tried turning off the lazy loader and turned off all the Smush type image loading softwares. It started happening 6 months ago ish. I also have Cloudflare installed. Any help would be appreciated.
