The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results if you want your header appear like on desktop version.

If you use the mobile theme plugin and this appears on the desktop or on the tablet, in most cases is a cache problem. I saw that you installed the latest version of WordPress 5.6.1 and normally only the latest version of the theme was tested, v10.3.9.1 .
If you want you can try the latest version of the theme (before to make update please make a full backup to all files and the database) and see if the problem persists.
Also, if after the update there is still that problem and you are agreed to send us – WP admin link and credentials at contact@tagdiv.com (please make a full backup before sending the email).

Hello, we have installed the default theme and it is coming up with the following errors on the console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'src' of undefined
and also
Uncaught ReferenceError: u is not defined
These errors appear on posts. However, normal pages don’t seem to have the same issues
I’ve tried uninstalling the theme and plugins. I’ve also tried resetting the entire website to its default and it’s still coming up with the same errors.

I only have tag div plugins installed.
I used the template and have not managed to change text/structure/code on the page yet.
No child theme is being used and no cache plugin.
I loaded another page with a template and the same error occurs when I try to edit.
I purchased a Newspaper theme and when i try to install it there were many wp file missing. I thought ther regular license include the wp file, isn’t?

I just installed the Animal Magazine. But as i was going through the site to change images. I saw that one of the large section under “Marin Life” do not show the image of the post´s that randomly show up in that widget.
I have not changed anything, yet. So its a vanilla install. What is wrong here?

I just installed the Newspaper x theme on my website https://www.apratimblog.com, I use advanced ads pro for managing ads on my website. After installing this theme and importing a pre-built theme my ads are started showing in the wrong places.
I found that this theme uses custom templates for different parts of the site that’s why the plugin advanced ads pro did not recognize the correct placement and showing ads in the wrong places.
I tried to ad plugin shortcodes in custom templates used by this theme, but sadly there is no option to insert external shortcodes in custom templates.
after installing this theme my ads revenue has decreased dramatically. also all google auto ads has been stopped after installing this theme.
I have contacted the developer of the plugin and he tells me that they can make it compatible if you are willing to collaborate.
They need the template to be installed here to do the necessary tests

Do not use both page builders on the same page.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer.

When I click on tagdiv composer, it’s stuck on loading, composer doesn’t load. I have removed and reinstalled the composer but it’s still the same.

Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly =>https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/ (delete the files of the theme, not override), also, those theme files are set in the right place wp-content/themes/Newspaper
Also, make sure you don’t have any plugins which interfere with our theme.

I have installed tag div composer i activated the theme i am using block 16 in that certain section and click on the element i can change the color of the headline and background text of the headline but i cannot find where to change the color of the intro text in the articles and i cannot find out how to set up intro text to display text above the read more breakpoint line of each post i set. Team, When I try to edit my webpages, TD Composer just loops infinitely. I see this same issue elsewhere in the forum and I have tried the various remove plug-ins etc but nothing seems to work.
