We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Yes, that’s the plugins and settings we use, except for optimise HTML code, as it is not included in your guide.
But it looks like you missed to enable Theme panel > Post Settings > Enable Video on Mobile? That is where the issue is happening.
Looks like you confused it with Block Settings > Use loading animation image. This can be disabled when Ewww is used.

thanks for your answer. In fact if I install newspaper I have to restore again so I can only work at night. I managed to upload the LOGO but after that the customizing is not working anymore since it crashes, and nothing is moving anymore. I will install again and take screenshots before I restore.
Thank you for that. I installed a plugin called “List Categories”, on a page called “category” and now I don’t get redirected when I visit “domain.com/category/”. It just seemed a bit off that I was being redirected to those URLs until I created pages for them. I would have thought default behaviour might have been a 404.

I still have a problem with the footer menu.
I use the footer of the “World” template and have now installed a new footer on the home page that I like. (“Amber Light”). However, the new footer is not displayed on the subpages. The footer of the “World” template always appears there.
What do I have to do so that the “Amber Light” footer is displayed on all subpages?

I have contents and should be taken over, I did not remove anything from installation, but when I tried to configure things like adding my own logo and title and change the email or contact data, it was not possible, even your editor did not work and caused crash all the time, so at the end I had to restore my site to the old theme because I can not just leave it like that, all themes I tried before never caused problems, the just worked.
i installed only the design and followed the Installation instructions, I had to restore the site since there are many problems.
Halo, We tried all that, of course. It’s interesting that you say it doesn’t happen here. I have tried on several devices and on Google Chrome and Safari the problem is there. After installing on version lower 12.6.1. the problem is not – you can now seen on sports24.cz. Can you please send me a video of your test mobile device?

I don’t want to share access to the customer site. We also know well how long it takes before support logs in there and checks.
I will add that this is a new site, installed a few days ago, without any additional plugins, just the Newspaper template.

Do we get a feedback from the admins? I will not update the theme again with the chance of fucking up my server again and have to reinstall a backup. Also, if its working again, it would be appreciated, if the admins would give us a hint, why it happend.

If you installed the Eastcoast Check Pro demo with content or design only, and if you install another demo with content or design only, then the demo should be overwritten. You can change the global fonts and colors from the Website Manager.

I tried once a Eastcoast Check Pro Plugin on a page model.
I don’t like it so i uninstalled the page model and the plugin.
But now, on the tagdiv composer i have the eastcoast font in addition to my usual fonts on the global font section.
How to permanently delete this model and all its components?

Hi have recently installed a plugin for adding a timeline feature to posts and as a taxonomy as well. It would be helpful if you could check and let me know if the same is already resulting in a bug or a lag, in which case I would request you to provide a solution or I can uninstall the same, before even adding some timeline posts or timelines to existing posts. I installed Newspaper 12 but several things are not working as follows:
HOME buttons are two and one of them is advertisement for other unknown page for me
HOME page is always coming one of my Blog and now real HOME and can not be changed on mobile Phone
the panel is crashing/freeze and I can not do anything with it, sometimes appearing twice
I can not change anything in the HEAD except adding Logo
I can not change Info like Email etc.
my Inodes increased almost 10% even I deleted all files not required for Newspaper
Please help to move things because I tried your documentation but something seems not working or I do not understand.

This morning we updated the theme to Newspaper 12.6.4
After the machine finished automatically updating the plugins, the screen asked to register the theme since it was “not registered” (yet it had already been registered in the past).
However, we tracked down the serial number and re-recorded the theme successfully.
Although everything “seemed” to be fine, the child theme appears completely devastated: post aside, it seems that all the sections have returned to default (even the image boxes have the original placeholder).
We deleted and reinstalled Composer, cleared the cache, switched between parent and child themes, disabled all the plugins and re-activated them one by one… but no results. Now we are trying to go back to a previous backup.
What is going on???

The only extra data that is added in the database is when you install a demo (Installing Pre-built Websites) and if you uninstall it al the content added by it will be removed.
Also, the footer, header, sidebar can be edited using the tagDiv Composer as those are now part of cloud templates and can be edited on frontend using the theme builder.
