Please ensure that you have right installed your theme only through FTP because this is the surest method in this case. Please try to make a fresh install, clear all your caches and check the results. Please try to make a sub-domain or a new install for your localhost without any customization, just with default state, install the latest version of the theme and check if this problem is still there and on your localhost. Probably, you have some problem with your database which might cause this type of issue.

I installed from scratch already one time, and lost evrything i made from the beginning.
I can not do this everytime.
I don’t touch the code, because I don’t know very much, but it seems there are a class name “vc.composer” “xs” something” 100% in css plugin that broke everything. While i never touched these css there. Because i’m not a expert.
The problem come since i install the version 7, i think it come from there or the plugin, but there have a problem.

If you want to update your theme to the latest version of the theme, you will have to do that only via FTP because this is the surest method for updating. So, before doing that you will have to download the new update file from Theme Forest using your unic account. After this, you will have to do a full backup for your data because it is more safety and then you will have to remove all your old theme and install the new update through FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Regarding on your Translation, if you are using the https URL, please try to follow the next steps for your Translations. Try to load your desired translation from panel and then you can see in left corner of your browser, an icon with a shield and then try to Load unsafe scripts, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/aLm2aAFv5

The indicated file is not available in WordPress editor. You will have to edit the file on your computer then upload it via ftp on your serer in exact same folder.
Before making any changes make sure you do a full backup to your current wp-install.

I have checked your website and I saw that you search icon are not working for your mobile version. Also, I have checked and your console and I have notice that you have some js errors, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/6AwBvVwYd2 Please notice that these errors come from your untested plugins which you are using for your side. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that our theme is very complex and we do not recommend using untested plugins because these could make some interferences with the theme code and might cause a lot of unknown issues, like this.

First of all, please try to switch your theme to default one and check if there you will have this problem on the search page. Also, please try to make a new install with the latest version of the theme and check there if this issue persists. It is very important to try this because it is possible that your install to be affected and that’s why to appear this issue on the search page. Please try to make this new install and update your theme from scratch without untested plugins, only with Visual Composer and see hot it works. After this, if your problem is still there after these changes, please let us know. Hi,
The best thing to do in this case is to simply download the l;atest version and install it via ftp. The code was changed in such a way from your version that updating with the patches has the same result as simply updating directly. Please also make sure you update the plugins that come with the theme (visual composer and social counter)

Hi Guys,
I am having troubles with VC. All plugins installed then while editing pages, I don’t see the templates and VC elements as shown in the demo videos. I just see the templates in a drop down way, not in a visual way, but even if I select any template, it then just keep ‘loading….’ forever.
Then I uninstalled, deleted all the plugins. I didn’t have any other 3rd party ones. So then I only installed VC and I get – Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=328024 in /home/mostwa7/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1813
Plugin activated successfully.
Edit: Now my VC seems working but I still don’t see templates in a visual form. Only text drop down.

I just downloaded Newpaper 7 from themeforest yesterday. I install the theme and go to theme plugin panel to install required plugins.

Can someone login to my word press and see why the social counter isn’t working? I go to the home page and hit the edit button on the top and find the default social counter and it does not add any information.
For instance I add the @everythingdriven Instagram and it makes absolutely no changes to the front end. I installed the most up to date theme version and even looked around other forums. Can someone login and see what is wrong? and once it is fixed can someone explain to me how exactly it was fixed to avoid this issue again?

Social Counter plugin been working excellent so far, but I had to change the username and now it displays “0”:
I have tried the following:
– uninstall and reinstall plugin
– change username to other usernames
– delete cache
What more can I do? Facebook worked fine after name change, only Instagram is problem!

1 – I can’t install any of the demos. I just followed the configuration recommended to php.ini e wp-config, but it’s not working.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that you do not have caching…check your server in this regard and also, please try to purge your CDEN files if you are using the CDN sistem. Please notice that we have tested the uninstall button and this works as expected. 2. I’ve noticed that you have the mobile theme active so you have to place the ad code in mobile ad-spots in order to be displayed on mobile devices.
3 I’ve checked your site with google page-speed toll and noticed that you have some render-blocking resources which can be moved in footer by using Speed Booster plugin. Also you can optimize the images using gzip compression as it’ indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
4. Please make sure that you’re using last plugin’s version included in theme’s path, V 4.0 clear the cache memory then test again. We will also update the plugin on our demo in shortest time.

I just have update newspaper to version 7. I had install the plugin tagdiv mobile theme and activate it, but not being what I expected I deactivate it.
Hi there I am running Newspaper Version 6.6.3. My Installatron automatically updated Visusal Composer, but it was not loading. The website was unaffected but I wanted to adjust the frontpage.
Today I needed to change the frontpage. So I downloaded the latest newspaper package so I could re-install the visual composer manually. When I went to plugins and disabled wp bakery visual composer the website displayed error 500. Now the entire website has crashed.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I already renamed the js_composer directory to .js_composer to effectively disable it. I also reverted to PHP 5.6 legacy mode instead of PHP 7.0. So far no joy.

This usually happens because of lazy load animation which’s script conflicts whit some of your installed plugins. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again.
