I just checked your website and the flex structure do not look normal. For this I have a few suggestions. Please disable all tagDiv plugins, delete them and reinstall the plugins from Newspaper > plugins.
Make a test using only the tagDiv theme plugins, also if you have set some custom code, please remove it. In case that you use child theme, please set the main theme.
If the problem persist, what you can do is to use pa page revision

Hi, When I updated to 11.4, it caused a very minor plugin conflict which I would like any advice you have for me.
I had installed a plugin that duplicates posts and pages, and the conflict result was that firstly, “Quick Edit” disappeared from the Pages listing when you hover over a Page name. Posts were unaffected.
Secondly, in addition to their “Duplicate” option, a second “Duplicate” link now appeared.
I deleted the plugin but the ghost duplicated “Duplicate” remains, and it works to a basic degree (the settings have been lost, but the record duplicates), which is even more worrying.
If I knew what of the many Duplicate plugins it was, I’d get to them first, but none of the plugins I’ve looked at rings a bell. I’m now using Yeost – it wasn’t that.
The Duplicate plugin has not left a folder in the wp_content/plugins, so I’m mystified how it has managed to remain visible, let alone how it still operates.
I’m just hoping you’ve been here before with plugins and know where to look. I don’t mind finding or deleting a bit of rogue code from a php file, but have no idea where or how to look.
I’d hope to get “Quick Edit” back also.

When i am going to migrate my blog website from one hosting to another hosting, during this process first i import all my posts, pages, categories and comments from one wordpress to other wordpress at that time I assured taht my all posts, pages, categories and comments are successfuly imported but when i installed (with latest updates) my newspaper theme (without content) then i see my half of my posts will be automatically deleted from wordpress i dont understand this issue please help me to fix this.
I have no extra plugin even i installed my new wordpress with litespeed cache and no extra plugin. please solve this issue or guide mehow can i fix this

As I said, I have installed from start and only your plugins are running. Also, I always check the server status and permission too.
I could not wait for your answer so I set it up now, but I will inform you that errors show on the “plain wp = all default setting”.
I guess I need to drop this case, since you have not any thought or advice on this.

I am setting up the Newspaper theme on Siteground, however I have a few warning on the System update and although I have made the corresponding changes, the system status keeps showing a warning.
The settings for which I am getting the warning are:
1) mod_substitute. For this I have followed the corresponding guide and updated the .htaccess with:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
However, the indicator on System status is still yellow.
2) Caching plugin – For this I am not using the proposed WP Super Cache, but rather SG Optimizer plugin from Siteground. Here I would be expecting the theme to be compatible with SiteGround’s plugin. Is this not the case?
For the SG Optimizer plugin I have both Dynamic Caching and Memcached enabled.
Any advice on how to resolve these two issues would be much appreciate as I don’t want to encounter any surprises afterwards.

So I’m totally new at this, this is my first wordpress website that I’m trying to put together myself.
I’m using the Rimont theme, however, every time that I click on the tagdiv composer to make an edit, wordpress crashes.
I either get a 429 error or a Chrome error code: 5.
I installed this theme today, and have hardly been able to work on the site because of the crashes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello guys. Pls help. I’ve installed Newsmag 5.1 theme and worked over my site appearence. After it I installed Woocommerce plugin and tried to add some shop to my site. I understand that I need a tagDiv Shop plugin, but there is no such plugin among those which are available for me at page Newsmag -> Plugins. Newsmag 5.1 is registered and activated. I have reinstalled td-composer or reinstall all WP and start from zero, these lines will come up on the error log.
It is not a big issue, but it will be a lot in the future.

What method did you use to update the theme? Did you checked our guide ?
If only the theme panel settings were removed, after you installed the theme plugins, did you loaded a theme panel backup?
Do you use child theme? Maybe you have set in it some custom changes that interfere or it can be an extra plugin that is interfering during the theme update.
The most safe option to update the theme in my opinion is still the manually theme update and is not hard to do it, all you need is FTP or cPanel access, you delete the old theme and you set the new one, after that you need to go in Newspaper > welcome and update the plugins (in case that those are not update automatically form welcome section, update them one by one from Newspaper> plugins). Using this method the chance to lost your settings will be minuscule.

I think that this is because on the live demo is set an extra class that is used for the current-menu-item, and this class look like is not added on menu when you install the demo.
I think that this is because that demo was rebuild using cloud library and the designer how rebuild the demo forgot about that part. I announce him and the problem will be solve for the coming theme update. (the live demo is still the old one with standard template).

We tested only the WP Super Cache plugin. Now we can not say that this is the beset and you can not use other cache plugin, but for this one we can provide the settings that need to be done to work properly.

I want to use a custom comments plugin called “thrive comments”. It masks the generic WordPress comments with their own. But my website wont show it correctly. No, it is not an issue with the plugin. I talked with their support and was told it is set up correctly and to check with the theme builder.

and here is what it SUPPOSED to look like.
the plugin should mask the generic WordPress comments section, but it doesn’t. Im not sure if its because the tagdiv builder section is ‘single post comments’ shortcode, but that shouldn’t matter.
Why is tagdiv not showing the plugin comments? When I delete the theme and try a post, it shows up how it should. But when I have the tagdiv theme installed and use a cloud library post template, it doesn’t show the correct comments layout from the theme

You can set the memory limit by editing the config.php file and adding this code

This problem can be if you have a custom wp-admin link. Also, from what I see in the above details, it will be better to remove the theme and theme plugins and reinstall them because those may be damaged.
So, my suggestion is to connect via FTP or cPanel delete the theme plugin (if you want you can delete the theme too, and set the theme from ThemeForest using FTP/cPanel), then login via wp-admin and install the plugins from Newspaper > plugins. After that please make sure that the theme is activated (to be sure you can reset the license key and activate it again) and all the theme requirements are set correctly -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

So, this is a php code that need to be set in a special place, then I do not think that will work setting it with tagDiv Composer, for the moment there are no elements to support php code, some of theme support html, css and a some JavaScript.
Now, if will be to set the code in the theme header.php file, I think that will be triger this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php (our theme has 3 header.php files, but if the tagDiv Standard Pack is not installed and you use a cloud header, the above one will be use). Just copy the file from there in child theme (Newspaper-child/header.php) and set the code in that file, it should work properly.

I have installed the pre-build website – Dental Studio Pro. And I have an issue with menu, to be exact, issue with one page menu links/anchors/extra classes – with their “activation” hover effect.
I would like to have it same way as you do on your original Dental Studio Pro here menu items “Services” and “Team”.
It means when I use extra class to link the menu item on the same page, after the clicking the item I want to that item stays active same way like hover effect if you understand me.

I purchased Newspaper theme and then connected it to my website on my personal computer server so I could work on creating a newly updated website in the background without having the current website down.
Now that I am trying to put it onto the server to replace the old website, the theme works fine but tagDIV composer throws up an error 500 everytime I try to install it.
I even tried putting it on a new WordPress database with no other plugins etc and it still won’t install.
I am hoping that the theme isn’t broken and this can be fixed, I refuse to purchase the theme again as it is the same website as it was purchased for. This has been doing my head in for days now, everything is there but without tagDIV composer, my theme doesn’t work.
Hi – I installed and activated the mobile plugin but my phone is displaying the desktop version of the site, not the mobile version.
I cleared my iPhone/Safari cache and still see desktop. Briefly, earlier today, the mobile version DID display, but now it is not displaying. My developer changed the settings to show 50 latest articles and that’s about when the mobile version stopped displaying but I wouldn’t think that would affect it…
Do we need to proactively create mobile versions of page, post, category page ourselves? Or do those get automatically created by the plugin? If we need to create, could you please direct me to instructions?
Also, when AMP was activated, then I was unable to save changes to the mobile settings in the theme. It just kept spinning and not saving. Once I deactivated the AMP plugin, then I could save the mobile settings. Any tips on how to fix this?
